The Old Tannery Apartment is fitted with washing machine, ironing board and iron, fridge, freezer compartment, microwave, electric oven and hob. Other equipment includes cookware, toaster, kettle, a variety of kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery and glasses, a hair dryer in the bedroom.

A television (with Freeview), DVD player and iPod docking station/CD player/radio is provided in the living room and wireless broadband is available throughout the property.

Electricity and heating costs are included in the price of your accommodation. The property has electric storage heaters. The controls can be used to increase/decrease the heat as required.

Bed linen, duvets ('all seasons' - can be separated in warm weather), blankets and towels are provided for your convenience, but please bring your own beach towels if you wish to take towels with you on day trips.

A small amount of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits are provided to ensure you can have a hot drink as soon as you arrive. There may also be other non-perishable items like a salt, pepper and a few herbs or spices available. Cleaning materials such as washing up liquid, and surface cleaner will be present in the property. One or two toilet rolls will be provided.

The garden/courtyard is situated to the front of the apartment and can accommodate two cars.

Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement (maximum of 3). A supplementary fee of £15 will be added to your invoice. Please do not allow your dogs on the furniture and do not leave them alone in the property at any time.

This apartment is strictly non-smoking.
