Greenways is a lovely 3 bedroomed property in Porlock, ideal for families or groups looking for a base in this village. Situated just a short walk from the High Street, you have a great selection of restaurants, pubs, cafes and tea rooms all within about 5 minutes on foot.

The property consists of two double bedrooms (one with king-sized bed and one with small double), a twin bedroom and family bathroom (shower over bath) upstairs. Downstairs is the sitting room, separate dining room, kitchen and a another toilet.

The drive to Greenways is fitted with gates so once these are closed the property is enclosed. There is a small flower garden to the front and a larger lawned area to the rear of the property. Off-road parking for two cars is available directly outside the property on the drive.

One dog is welcome by prior arrangement only. A supplementary fee of £15 will be added to your invoice to cover additional cleaning costs. Please do not allow your dogs on the furniture or upstairs and do not leave them alone in the property at any time.

Greenways kitchen is fitted with fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, electric oven and hob. Other equipment includes toaster, kettle, a variety of kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery and glasses.

A television with Freeview is provided in the living room and a CD player. Wifi is available throughout the property at no extra cost.

A cot is available upon request.
