Holmdale in Porlock (Somerset) is a period detached property in the heart of this thriving Exmoor village, there are 5 bedrooms to sleep up to 13 guests (11+2). Sea views from the first floor and an easy stroll to the local shops, restaurants and pubs. Porlock pebble beach is 15 min walk. Backing on to Exmoor but with sea views from the first floor, Holmdale is a holiday paradise for walkers, runners, beach-goers or relaxers alike!

With three double bedrooms, one triple-bunk bedroom, a twin bedroom, plus a 'snug' sleeping up to 2 on a fold-out bed (linen supplied on request) the property is well suited to a large family group, or a number of families holidaying together.

Dogs welcome (maximum of 3) for £15 supplement per dog

Easy walking distance to restaurants, pubs, shops, etc.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

Dogs are welcome (maximum of 3) for a supplementary fee of £15 per dog per booking. Please do not allow your dogs on the furniture or upstairs and do not leave them alone in the property at any time.

This property is strictly non-smoking.

Security deposit

A security deposit of £150.00 is required when booking this property. This will be added to the total price of your booking, and will be refunded after your stay unless the owner discovers damage to the property or its contents after your departure.

The property will be ready from 4 pm on the day of your arrival. Please depart by 10 am on the last day of your stay. Please leave the property clean and tidy so that we can guarantee it will be ready on time for our next guests.
