Waterfront condo approximately 200' from spectacular bay with direct gulf access from community dock. See dolphins, shorebirds, sunsets from the screened lanai. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath second floor (top floor) private end unit with a loft.

The master bedroom has a king bed with its own bath,TV, with door onto the lanai and water view. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds with adjacent full bath. The dining area has a table that seats up to 6 people. The living area has a sofa, 2 reclining chairs, TV, with door to the lanai and water views. The lanai has a dining table with 4 chairs and 2 chaise type chairs. The unit comes fully equipped so all you'll need is your clothes!

The amenities at Harbour Village include beautiful olympic-sized heated pool with bay view, fishing pier, tennis courts, community boat dockage, gas grills, and a clubhouse with function room, work-out room, TV, pool table and ping-pong table.
