This peaceful 2nd floor condo offers exceptional lakefront views from the living room, kitchen, master bedroom, and the screened lanai. The condo is comfortably furnished with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Amenities include covered parking, screened-in pool house with a large pool and spa, generous deck for sun bathing and wet bar. There are tennis courts, a bocce court and a picnic area with gas grill, picnic tables and horse shoe pits all within this secure gated complex. During peak season the activities are plentiful for those wishing to participate such as golf, bowling, weekly social hour, bocce, dancercise, and various organized parties held at our local meeting places.

Tala Lake is the perfect location for your Florida vacation. The on-site amenities provide a relaxing day at home or it is just minutes away from parks, beaches, shopping and much more. You will not be disappointed!

Tala Lake is located in a peaceful, secluded area just 1/4 mile north of the Peace River, between I-75 and Rte 41. It is only 3 miles to historic downtown Punta Gorda and 5 miles to Fisherman's Village, an enjoyable destination offering unique shops and restaurants.

The condo is a short drive to many popular beaches: Englewood, Boca Grande, Fort Myers, Venice, Nokomis, and many more. Beach chairs, umbrella, and towels are provided ... just bring your suits!
