Description of the Port Charlotte vacation home rental
Lovely three bedroom, 2 bath pool home in quiet Port Charlotte neighborhood. From the mature palm tree in the front yard to the grapefruit, lemon, mango, and pineapple plant near the pool you really are in paradise. This split plan home is completely tiled, with 3 sliding doors leading to the large 18 x 30' professionally maintained pool covered by a 40' x 22' pool cage. One can enter the pool area from the eat in kitchen, living room, or master bedroom, with access from the pool area into the second bath. One has a beautiful view of the pool from the kitchen window and a convenient outside shower is located adjacent to the door leading into the second bath. Inside the lanai is a beautiful table and chairs, with six additional chairs for your guests. An electronic dart board is in the lanai for your enjoyment. The kitchen has granite counter tops with a very nice corian table with seating for six. All kitchen appliances are Maytag bought in 2012, washer and dryer are GE (2012), garbage disposal and water heater 2013. A reverse osmosis purification water system and a Rain water softener were installed in 2012. You'll have no worries with the pool system as a new pool pump, filter, and heater were installed in 2011. Ceiling fans are in all bedrooms,kitchen, lanai, with two in the large living room. The living room has a gorgeous hutch with dinnerware included for 8, another set for 6, and crystal glasses, wine glasses, etc for your dining and entertaining pleasure.A brand new (Sept 13) Samsung plasma 60" TV is in the living room, brand new (Sept 13) 42" Samsung LED TV is in the master bedroom, and a 19" color TV is in the kitchen. High speed internet is included at no extra charge. The yard is nicely landscaped with maintenance performed periodically (no charge). You never have to worry about neighbors behind you because the back lot (owned by us) is a green belt, with beautiful ferns, palms, and oaks and an occasional squirrel scampering up and down the tall oaks that provide abundant shade. The two car garage was recently painted with epoxy paint that is very durable, easy to clean, and looks great. Ample storage is available for jackets, golf clubs, fishing rods, bikes, etc. Welcome to paradise!

This home is located within 3 miles of I-75, with Sarasota and Tampa, 45 minutes and 2 hours respectively, to the north and Ft Meyers 30 minutes to the south. Only minutes away is the Peace river where it flows into Charlotte Harbor forming one of the most pristine estuaries in the state. You'll be able to watch mullet, tarpon, snook, and the state protected Manatees frolicking in the water. Fifeteen minutes to the south is Punta Gorda known for its Fisherman's Village, with its eateries, shops, music, dancing, and deep sea fishing excursions. Over thirty attractions, point of interest, and beaches are within a 30 minute drive.Farmers markets are almost every day of the week and a flea market is only 5 minutes from the house. Port Charlotte, Sarasota, and Collier county boast if having over 30 golf courses- with Port Charlotte golf course 5 minutes from the house! Grocery stores, restuarants, Wal-Mart,Target, library, recreation center are all within 2 miles. You truly are in the mecca of outdoor activities, attractions, and points of interest.
