High up on Flagstaff Hill is an enclave of luxury executive apartments known as The Point. Styled with privacy in mind each apartment has its own aspect. The complex features a 25 metre swimming pool, a spa, full sized tennis court and extensive tropical landscaping with sculptural and water features.

Built around one of Ports oldest established gardens, The Point is located just minutes away from the hub of Macrossan Street. The Point offers complete privacy and luxury with immediate access to the best part of Port.

Apartment No. 3 has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and is the only apartment in the complex that features a private courtyard garden with a covered entertaining area and outdoor cooking facilities.

A spacious lounge with a formal dining area opens out to the private courtyard garden. An extra outdoor dining setting is on the patio with a Beefeater barbeque.

The kitchen is furnished with granite top benches and modern appliances. The solid blonde timber cupboards are fully stocked with china, glassware, cutlery and cookware. The laundry has a washing machine, a clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

The master Queen bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and TV. The two remaining bedrooms share a full size bathroom with bath tub. One room has a queen bed, the other has two single beds which will convert to a king bed as required.

With off street parking and a private entrance off Murphy Street leading through terraced landscaping, this apartment offers absolute privacy in one of the most sought after locations in Port Douglas.
