23 Solander Boulevard is located just fifty metres from Four Mile Beach and is positioned to catch the lovely warm sea breeze. With 5 spacious bedrooms, this beachside Queenslander is ideal for two families or a group of friends, comfortably accommodating 12 guests.

The open plan living and dining areas flow out to a large outdoor entertaining space. The deck continues around the enormous heated pool with plenty of room for sun baking and relaxation.

The fully equipped kitchen has an outlook onto the pool over a convenient servery.

Upstairs this two storey home has four bedrooms each with balcony access and an additional sitting area with TV. The master bedroom has an en-suite with spa and generous walk in robe.

Three more spacious bedrooms share a full size bathroom upstairs plus an additional downstairs bathroom. The downstairs bathroom can be accessed from inside or outside the house, perfect for rinsing off after a day in the pool.

The fifth bedroom is also downstairs with its own en-suite.

All bedrooms have air conditioning, the property has TV, DVD and Foxtel in the main living area plus a WiFi internet connection.
