A very private and spacious property in a quiet, safe cul-de-sac. With extensive lawns and tropical gardens, Beachside is a one minute walk to the sands of Four Mile Beach and less than five minutes drive from the village centre and marina.

The house is fully furnished with quality furniture, fittings and fixtures throughout. All bedrooms have air-conditioning, ceiling fans and glass louvre windows with insect screens.

The main living area is open plan with a kitchen, dining and lounge area. The open lounge has a comfortable lounge setting, with TV, Foxtel, DVD player and a stereo sound system as well as wireless internet access.

The kitchen includes hotplates with rangehood, electric and microwave ovens, a large 2-door refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, a second full-size drinks fridge and a dishwasher. The cupboards are filled with china, glasses, cutlery and cookware to make your stay comfortable.

The living area opens onto a covered patio with BBQ and an additional outdoor dining setting. This patio has a fantastic setting amongst lawns and lush tropical and native gardens.

The main residence has three large bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, the remaining bedrooms share a second bathroom with bath and a separate toilet.

The garden bungalow has two bedrooms with a kitchenette leading from one room, the other bedroom also has a dining table, TV, DVD and CD player. These two rooms share a shower and toilet.

With 1100 square metres of private indoor and outdoor living areas, Beachside has ample space, peace and privacy. It is a very comfortable environment for larger families or groups of friends to enjoy beachside tropical living.

The option is available to holiday let the main house only, 3 bedrooms (King, Queen, 2 Singles/King + Single) and 2 bathrooms, for a maximum of 7 guests. Please contact the office to discuss the nightly rate for the main house only.
