One of only eight luxurious apartments, The Hill Apartment No.3 boasts breathtaking views over Port Douglas, the Coral Sea and the surrounding mountains. Far above the tourist crowds these apartments have the most elevated aspect available for holiday rentals in Port Douglas. Access by stairs to each apartment requires a reasonable level of fitness as there is no lift in the complex however from each apartment, you will be rewarded with stunning views over the Coral Sea and rainforest clad mountains. Concertina glass doors allow the living area to flow into the outdoor patio with views along Four Mile Beach.

The master bedroom features an ensuite and access to a picturesque grassed area overlooking the Coral Sea, the remaining two generous bedrooms share full a sized bathroom.The apartment has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with indoor and outdoor dining settings, fully ducted air-conditioning, WiFi internet connection, TV, DVD, and CD.

The complex features a stunning fifteen metre pool. Poolside, there is an entertaining area with bar fridge, spa, water feature and sun decks. Convieniently located there is stair access to Four Mile Beach and Macrossan Street is a short walk away. There is undercover parking available for each apartment.
