Cotee river house

Linda, you did a wonderful job following through with this rental from day one. However, the only down fall was, the hot tub not being functional. We had a feeling from the first night on Thursday the way Joe was pushing the inside whirllpool tub that there was more than likely a problem with the hot tub. We know it was a holiday weekend and getting it fixed would be a problem. However, I did ask you via e-mail if the hot tub was operational and Joe told you it was. He was there all day on Thursday doing yard work and he should have been certain it was working. We felt he should have deducted a few dollars from the rental for the four days we were unable to use it. We did not ask, we thought he would do this without being asked. Aside from that there were a few minor things he could add to the house to make things more accomodating. A regular toaster, one or two smaller frying pans, a hair dryer for the women and fix the screens on the porch. We will surely rent again this same property if we should come again in a few years. Also, I did give the name of your agency and the address of the home to some friends who live in Odessa. They are going to pass the info onto others. We were certainly surprised to have you come visit us and felt you went beyond the call of duty to rectify the one problem. We had a great time and the house was in the perfect location.
The long term renters for the 2010 winter season enjoyed their stay very much. They said it was a pleasure to work with Linda and appreciated the fast response and direct contact with the owner with any questions or issues during their stay.
