“House was located close to DT and a good rate!”
House did sleep all six of us! Was close to downtown and in a quit neighborhood. Faith Returned our deposit the same morning we left town. Thanks Faith.
“Extremely Roomy in Great Location!”
Faith, Thank you again for such a great stay at your wonderful house! We felt very welcomed and super cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed for everyday meal preparation. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Most of all the space was so roomy that our children had more then enough space to play around! We absolutely loved your place and Portland! We sure will be back! Anna with Family
Faith welcome us to their house. She gave us all the information that we needed for the house such as the entrance pin code, Wi-Fi password, and parking. We met her again at the time of check out. She refund our deposit quickly. Honestly what we paid for this rental was so cheap. It was 6 of us and if we wanted to get hotel room, or stay other places that would be 3 times more than what we paid. For the little money that we paid, we got a beautiful house in a great location. It's in downtown, but it doesn't have downtown problems such as finding parking spot. We hang out on the patio, play cards, and cook ourselves. Such a great vocation.
“Spacious in SW Portland”
We stayed at this property while visiting Portland. On the plus side, Faith, the owner, is very responsive. She addressed any questions and concerns promptly. We were met by her associate the day we arrived, he was prompt, professional and very helpful. The apartment is extremely spacious and would comfortably sleep 6 ( 2 in the living room). It's clean and conveniently located, we had no problem navigating our way around via car. There is a super market a short car ride from the apartment. The space provides seems to be recently renovated, but could still use a little TLC. It provides a bare minimum amenities ( for example, there wasn't a place such as shelves or a dresser to unpack our things, there are not enough utensils for 2 people to eat a meal). With a few minor improvements this could be a 5 star place.
