This modern and clean 3 bedroom 2 ½ bath executive town-home comfortably sleeps 6 to 11 people & is turn-key ready with luxury furnishings & decor, HDTV's, free high-speed wireless internet, free local & long-distance calling, high thread count linens and towels, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen & 5-star hotel quality amenities and extras. Available as a short-term (2-night minimum) luxury vacation rental, or month-to-month rental.
Perfect for a 2-night weekend getaway or an extended stay while house-hunting, for family, students, or can be used as corporate re-location, retreat or executive housing. Better than most hotels and much less expensive.

This like-new townhouse is in a quiet upscale Beaverton neighborhood. Just minutes away from all Portland area attractions, Washington Park, the Zoo, the Pearl District, golf, tennis, the Rose Garden and close to several Starbucks locations. It doesn't get much better than this.

This former Model Home is luxuriously furnished, super-clean and spacious with 1500 square feet. The upgrades are all here including granite counters, big-screen HDTV, DVD, DVR, gas fireplace, bamboo wood floors, private outdoor balcony off the living room, central air conditioning, enclosed brick front entry/courtyard, and much more.

There are two master bedroom suites with attached private bathrooms that sleep 2 each. The third bedroom sleeps 2 and can also be used as an office or studio. The Queen sofa-bed in the Living Room sleeps 2 and the retreat area futon couch folds out to sleep 2 more as a Queen bed. There is also a twin-size sleeping mat and a Queen-sized air-bed with bedding for each.

This desirable town-home is "turn-key furnished" with refrigerator, gas cook-top stove, microwave and dishwasher in the fully stocked and equipped gourmet kitchen. Coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, blender, tea kettle, crock-pot, hand mixer, pots and pans, knife set, spices, and a full set of cooking utensils. There are dishes, cups, bowls, glasses and flatware settings for 8. There will be a starter set of soaps, shampoos and conditioners for you at check-in, as well as Starbucks coffee beans. It's all here!

The well-appointed Living Room has a super-comfortable couch that converts into a Queen sofa-bed for those overnight guests, a leather recliner, an old-fashioned rocking chair and oversize ottoman. Relax and watch a movie on the new 47" LG wide-screen high-definition TV with DVR and DVD, or just sit back and stare at the dancing flames in the gas fireplace.

The Dining Area is bright and cheery, and can seat 6 comfortably at the table (with extra leaves) and another 4 people can sit on bar-stools at the counter. The nearby powder bath has granite counters and is super clean.

The adjacent retreat area features a fabric sofa for quiet reading and work away from the main Living Room TV area. This sofa also converts to a 2-person sleeping unit. The retreat also features a small TV, telephone and reading light.

Master Suite #1 details: King-size bed, 47" Vizio high-definition TV, DVD player, alarm clock, telephone, tall dresser, spacious walk-in closet. Private master bath area is attached with custom tiled counters, dual sinks and a shower/tub combo.

Master Suite #2 details: Queen-size bed, 32" JVC high-definition TV, DVD player, alarm clock, telephone, bookcase, 2-drawer table, spacious walk-in closet. Attached master bath area has custom tiled counters with a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom#3/Office details: Two twin beds with deluxe pillow-top mattresses, alarm clock, telephone, 32" JVC high-definition TV, desk and chair, armoire and closet system. HP printer/scanner/fax is available.

Other amenities: telephone with free local & unlimited long--distance, free high-speed wireless Internet, fully-equipped laundry area with washer & dryer, ironing board & iron. The private one-car garage is finished and quite spacious. The garage door is automatic with remote opener. There is lots of storage space and plenty of additional parking. There is a second dryer in the garage for those larger laundry chores.

Two Porta-Cribs, two highchairs and a nursery monitor are available at no extra charge along with child gates.

When you want the best, this is it. The light rail line "park and ride" is across the street so you can literally walk to the Max Line. From there you can go direct to downtown Portland, the Waterfront, Pearl District, Rose Garden, Lloyd Center, Portland International Airport, Hillsboro, Gresham, etc. Downtown Portland is just a few short minutes away.

If you're tired of looking at old, run down houses in bad locations, or at properties that are not up to your cleanliness standards, then look into this one. You will appreciate the difference.

I chose this property for the convenience and size (we had 11 people in our party) after much searching. Overall, we all had a GREAT time. There were three stories, so if you wanted time to yourself, it was not a problem. The property was very clean. The owner of the property is EXTRA nice. He had a basket of goodies on the counter ready for our arrival. Lots of amenities were already provided such as shampoo, soap, and a hair dryer (I had forgotten mine). The only two things that kept me from giving a five-star rating was the distance from the Tri-Met station (was less than a mile but we had ridden Amtrak to get to Portland, so it was a long walk with luggage in tow) and the water heater was not working properly. The first night was fine, but for the last two mornings of our stay, most of us had cold showers (without having used the dishwasher OR washing machine). I am sure it has been corrected by now because, by the look of the property, things are well-kept. Do not hesitate to rent this property if you go to Portland---you won't be sorry.

We had a great time at the house. It was so nice to have a garage, and the furniture was really comfortable. We had 7 people stay, it was a great way to spend a vacation with friends. Nice quiet neighborhood, and restaurants and shopping are all close by.

We enjoyed our 5 day stay in the Whitley Way townhouse so much. The townhouse was decorated beautifully, was spotlessly clean, and the spaciousness of having separate bedrooms and baths for each of us, as well as the large 2nd floor common area, was great. We spent quite a bit of time visiting in the living room with the fireplace going, which is perfect for rainy days. The kitchen was stocked with everything and more we needed to prepare and serve meals at our temporary home.
