The apartment is located 120 metres from the heart of Pietre Nere Promenade, the new promenade of Pozzallo, the most popular tourist area of the town, which gives you a choice for bathing and for the long daily and evening walks. The Promenade beach, recommended for children, is very large and wide, and is composed of golden sand, which allows you to have big space on the beach even during the months of July and August. In the apartment you can quietly stay without the use of the car because you can find any services like restaurant, shop, pubs, within 350 metres.

The apartment is big 77 sq.m. and is based on the first floor, and accommodates up to 4 people, is particularly comfortable and taken care of particulars, 2 bedrooms: 1 with king size, 1 twin bed, 1 bathrooms one with shower, air dry and washing machine.
