Description of the Providenciales vacation villa rental
Recently, Oceanside Tower made the top 10 (#5), world-wide list for villas with an infinity pool.

Here are 5 great reasons you will want to stay at Oceanside Tower Villa.

1. PRIVACY - Oceanside Tower Villa is the ultimate in privacy and beautiful oceanfront setting as there are no intruders passing by like you will have on beach front properties.

2. ON THE WATER - Oceanside Tower Villa is just 3 steps from our property to the soft, sand bottom of our low-tide beach. It is not located on a cliff with 15 to 50 steps to a deep-water swimming dock. Oceanside Tower Villa is not just near the ocean, it is only 45 feet from the Caribbean Sea!

3. GREAT SWIMMING - Oceanside Tower Villa is on the south side of the island where rip tides are non-existent.

4. LOTS OF SAND - Oceanside Tower Villa is located where the ocean water is gin-clear and shallow, and the sand is soft.

5. PAVED ROADS - You won't need an SUV to reach the villa. You'll arrive dust-free and without headaches from wash-boarded gravel roads found at many villas.

Although located in the Chalk Sound area of Providenciales, Oceanside Tower Villa is built directly on the ocean. Indulge yourself in luxury and leave your stress behind while enjoying flawless Caribbean moments as guests of this well appointed Turks and Caicos Villa rental.
Area Information
Located in one of the premier residential developments on the beautiful Turks and Caicos island of Providenciales, Oceanside Tower villa is a magnificent four-bedroom, ocean front property offering stunning views of the sparkling Caribbean waters of the Caicos Bank. Just 9 feet above sea level and only 40 feet from the ocean, Oceanside Tower contains 2,600 square feet of interior space and a 1,500 square foot veranda.

Designed to be an exclusive Turks and Caicos villa, the great room contains a spacious living and dining area which opens to a beautiful deck, pool, and screened porch via seven sliding glass doors. The master bedroom opens out to a private deck offering fantastic sea views of the Caribbean and the island of West Caicos on the horizon. The hallmark of Oceanside Tower Villa - the 30 foot long infinity pool surrounded on two sides by a large pool deck - is the focal point of outdoor enjoyment.

Oceanside Tower villa is ideal for the couple who wants privacy and away from a public beach. It is also a great place for the family who wants to enjoy water activities in the shallow and calm ocean with a soft, sugar-white sand bottom that the Turks and Caicos Islands are famous for in the Caribbean. Oceanside Tower Villa is situated on the south and leeward side of the island. The ocean side of the property faces southwest, so maximum exposure to the sun and sunsets are a bonus.

Peaceful, beautiful property with privacy and spectacular view! Beyond Expectations!

Left on Sep 15, 2015 for a stay in Aug 2015
This review is for a 5 night stay I made with 2 others from Friday, August 21st through Wednesday August 26th, 2015. What a delightful, restful, and peaceful vacation!!! I am so happy to have discovered the Ocean Tower Villa, and affirm all the positive things said in previous reviews. Where to start? The view from the villa is amazing! When one first walks into the villa the view of the ocean captures the attention immediately. Pictures do not do it justice ? no clever angles or photo filters needed to make this view look spectacular. It was so gorgeous, expansive, and tranquil. The porch and infinity pool, which are indeed larger than they look in the photos, provided the perfect place to enjoy the view from early morning till sunset. Even at night it was wonderful to relax in the pool and enjoy the moonlight and the sound of the ocean. If you have a good camera bring it because you will be able to get some great photos of your family and friends with the amazing view. The neighborhood itself was very quiet. The landscaping around the villa was beautiful and helped add to the sense of privacy; I was hardly aware that there were houses next to us. There was also easy access to the ocean just a few steps from the house. I was not sure how I would feel about not having a sandy beach to access the ocean, but it turned out to be a blessing. When we drove down to the super-close Taylor and Spodilla Bays (2 & 5 minutes respectively), we were still able to enjoy a very quiet, peaceful, and un-crowded beach experience, but while at the villa we did not have to worry about any strangers parking themselves in front us since all the beaches in Provo are public, and still had the relaxing experience of being right on the ocean. Even at high tide the water right near the house is shallow, easy to access, and has super soft sand. We also thought it was wonderful to have great shallow snorkeling experience just a few feet from the house ? we saw many colorful fish, star fish, and even a sea turtle hanging around in the ?backyard?. The water was clear and calm, though on a couple of windy days the snorkeling visibility was not quite as good. I should mention that there were plenty of floats, masks, and other swimming supplies available at the house. The villa itself is quite beautiful and well appointed. Every room was spacious, and most are in fact bigger than they look in the photos. The kitchen and main living area are big and open with high ceilings and with walls of large sliding glass doors that give one constant access to the beautiful view. The master bedroom on the main floor was spacious, comfortable, and had a spectacular view and what was in effect a private balcony. The other 2 bedrooms we used on the lower level were also bright, spacious and comfortable; one had a beautiful view of the ocean and the other a garden view. To be honest though very little time was spent in the bedrooms as the rest of the house, deck, and pool were so inviting. I should mention that since it is very warm this time of year, it was great to have air-conditioning in the bedrooms. During the day, the warmth was not much of an issue though because we were mostly outside in the ocean or in and out of the pool anyway. We did not use any of the electronic entertainment equipment, but it all looked to be in good order, and we were glad it was there as an option. The Internet worked perfectly, and it was great to be able to do any research of restaurants, directions, etc. we needed while at the house; there was also local phone service which allowed us to make reservations from the house phone. This kept us from needing to get a local SIM card, and to be honest being disconnected while making excursions away from the house really added to the relaxation. Lastly, the kitchen had everything we needed, and all the appliances were in working order; the outdoor grill was an added bonus and was well maintained. The villa is located in what I considered to be the ideal location on the island. It offered calm quiet privacy while still offering easy access to the more active beaches and restaurants of Grace Bay. One should certainly rent a car; this was my first time driving in a foreign country, but the island?s traffic is so low-key and the roads so straightforward that I had no problem whatsoever getting around without GPS. If we had stayed at Grace Bay, I know we would probably not have bothered to check out this wonderful side of the island and would have missed out on the quiet, restful vacation I was looking for. While we choose to take a daily excursion from the house to Grace Bay, Turtle Cove, some restaurants, etc.; I can easily see someone being quite content buying groceries and staying put at the house the whole time; especially since Taylor Bay which gives one a spectacular and peaceful beach experience is just a brief walk away, and one can even see Chalk Sound across the street from the front of the house. I should also mention that it was great being close to the small airport ? we were able to begin our vacation quickly once arriving. I should mention that despite only being 10 to 15 minutes away from the airport, we never heard or saw any planes from the property. I feel like this villa offers the best of everything one could want in a Caribbean vacation ? privacy, ocean-front with gorgeous view, comfort, safety, easy access to restaurants and other excursions, etc.. It is hard to imagine what else someone might want. The only people who might be disappointed are those who need to be in the middle of everything all the time, or those who want a level of luxury that I was not looking for. I could go on and on about how wonderful this villa and Turks and Caicos are, but I will end by complementing the owner and the management of the property. I so deeply appreciated speaking with Polly the owner on the phone before reserving the property. She was super helpful, friendly, and direct with what to expect at the time of year we were looking at traveling - the fact that it would be particularly warm, that it was indeed hurricane system, cost of food is relatively high, etc. Having the management team meet up with us to take us too the house was also a huge blessing and started the vacation off right by alleviating any anxieties or concerns one might have when arriving in a new place; it was also great to know we could contact someone locally if we had any problems. This property is wonderful in every respect, and I think most people will experience it as better than advertised. I cannot wait to return in the future. Thank you Polly for a dream vacation experience.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why should I choose Oceanside Tower instead of another villa?
A: In a word - location, location, location! Oceanside Tower gives you the best of both worlds in turks and caicos villas: The privacy and seclusion of quiet Silly Creek Estates, yet close to town and shops, restaurants and sand beaches. Many villas are far from town, hard to get to, away from the water, or in crowded Grace Bay - something they don't advertise. Oceanside Tower is a quick and easy 15 minute drive from town and the airport, 10 minutes from the market, and 5 minutes from white sandy beaches, yet still feels a million miles from anywhere when you get there. Oceanside Tower has it all - spectacular views, gorgeous sunsets, private, secluded low-tide beach, infinity-edged pool, and a screened porch to enjoy the evenings outdoors. Not that you would want to leave once you arrive, but if you do wish to venture out for a hike, shopping, a round of golf, dining, or a day at one of Provo's famous white-sand beaches - it's very easy.
Q: What do I need to bring with me to the villa?
A: The villa is equipped with everything you would have in your own home and then some. Beach towels, hair dryers, cookery, table settings, coffee maker, blender, toaster, TVs, serving platters, wine glasses, beach toys, books, videos, games, cards, washer, dryer, laundry soap, dishwashing detergent, cleaning supplies and other basics are all included. All you need to bring is sunscreen, a bathing suit, casual clothing and you'll be all set!
Q: Does Oceanside Tower Villa have air conditioning?
A: Yes - all bedrooms in Oceanside Tower have both ceiling fans and individual air conditioning units. You may find, however, that you do not need them with the cool island trade winds. Each room in Oceanside Tower Villa has many windows just for this purpose, so don't be afraid to open them all up and enjoy nature's air conditioning! It is one of the special pleasures of Provo to be lulled to sleep with all the windows open, feeling the breezes and listening to the surf lap the shore. Don't miss it if you don't have to.

Q: Are there phones in the villa?
A: Yes - there is one, land-line phone available in the villa. Local calls are paid by us; thus, they are free to our guests. Long distance service can be accessed by major credit card - just follow the directions in the phone book. High-speed internet access is available at no cost for guests who bring their own laptops. Ethernet cable as well as wireless connections are available.
Q: Is there someone we can contact if there is a problem?
A: Yes. We have a property manager, Audrey Rigby of Island Escapes, who lives on the island and is available for any problems you may encounter with the villa. Her phone numbers and information will be provided upon your arrival, and she will welcome you at the airport. Also, feel free to contact us (the owners) at any time regarding questions or issues regarding your experience at Oceanside Tower.
Q: Do we need to rent a car?
A: Although is not a necessity - we highly recommend it. There is a lot to see and do on the island and you will have a great time exploring, seeing its attractions or just beach hopping! There is taxi service available on the island, but it can take quite awhile for pick-up from the villa and is not too convenient outside of town. Yes, it is true that we drive on the left, but once you get used to it, it's not so bad! Provo is small - there are only a half dozen main roads and no stoplights, so there isn't too much other traffic to worry about, or any way to get lost. We recommend Tropical Auto Rentals. They will also meet you at the airport, and you can drop the car off there when you depart.
