Reviews for this vacation condo rental in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico
November 10, 2014
I've stayed in this building the last 3 years but this was the best condo I rented by far. The condo was well decorated with very nice local pieces, everything worked well and the satellite system kept me informed of happenings at home. The owners provided excellent detailed instructions of how everything functioned and actually called the day after my arrival to ensure I had no problems or questions which was very nice. Unfortunately upon my arrival home I was informed I had lost my employment therefore I might not have another opportunity to enjoy this wonderful condo but at least I have great memories of a great stay in this beautiful property.

Great location if you want to be close to Old Vallarta, with the great dining and atmosphere. Looked just like the pictures, had everything we needed. Nicely decorated. Felt very safe and staff was great. We rented a car, which made things much easier. Not sure why the pool shuts down at 7pm(a bit later in summer) which is a bummer as nights are lovely for a swim.

One of the best condo and beach I have stayed in
October 23, 2011
We have been visiting PV for 20 or more years. We have stayed at the Marina, Westin, Hotel Zone, Centro, Choncas Chinas, and now Punta Negro. The property is just as represented on the web. The condo is beautiful and spacious. Excellent for two couples or a small family. It is exceptionally quite and serene. The staff, especially Deloris, were helpful and friendly always willing to help or chat and go the extra to help with area details. PV does not have the beaches of the Yucatan, but this property has a very nice beach without the typical beach rocks seen on most beaches. The owners were very helpful and responsive. We would highly recommend this property.
Beautiful place to stay

I booked a 17 day stay at the condo and found it lacking as listed. The construction directly underneath the unit continued the entire time as was there except for two days >it streted early in the mrning and revererated though the walls to the extent I could not sleep. The second bedroom air conditioner was not working and it took four days to have a new one put in to cool the room. Parking was a problem because of contruction and weekend owners who had multiple autos. The beach is very rocky and not designed for sitting in the sand (very little of it). The condo was clean and serived by the staff as advertised, but far from the description as listed. I would not go back. Malcolm Sherman
