Accommodation Summary:

Casa Lucie has recently undergone a complete makeover (Summer 2019). This delightfully modern and well appointed villa is situated in the heart of Los Mojones. Ideally located for all the amenities of Puerto del Carmen Old Town & Avenida de las Playas.

Living/Dining Room

The minute you enter through the patio doors from the pool area in to the living space you will feel home from home. The living/dining room is tastefully decorated and offers the comfort you need. There is a large leather sofa, a comfy 2 seater and an armchair to relax in front of the large wall mounted flat screen TV (system includes BBC, ITV, C4 & C5 and all Sky Channels obtained in Lanzarote). The dining room boasts a glass table with 6 leather chairs. There is another TV along with an XBox 360 and DVD player in this living space. WIFI is also included. The large windows and patio doors open us the space with plenty of light.

Accommodation Exterior:

The pool and patio area is surrounded by high walls to provide complete privacy leaving you free to sunbathe on the terrace around the pool, relax on the comfy rattan furniture or dine al fresco from the built in BBQ. The pool has a very shallow section and then roman steps leading into the deeper end.

Air conditioning which can also provide heat during winter months. There is a safety deposit box and a driveway for one car. Off road parking for any further vehicles. Cots and High Chairs available upon request at an additional cost of £15 per week, per item.


Casa Lucie is in Los Mojones, a quiet sought after residential area close to the Old town of Puerto Del Carmen. The busy resort of Puerto Del Carmen started life as a fishing village and now boasts all the facilities and amenities of a Spanish holiday town, with an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars. A variety of restaurants offer multiple options for the visitor to decide where to eat. From traditional restaurants, offering typical local products and establishments specialized in national and international cuisine with dishes from around the world. There is a long sandy beach (Playa Grande) where sun beds & umbrellas are available for hire and in addition various water sports available. There is a reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi service allowing you to explore all areas easily. The popular Marina of Puerto Calero is a short drive or you can take the taxi boat from the Old Town Harbour to spend a relaxing afternoon watching the boats. Activities include: Rancho Texas Theme park, boat trips, Deep sea fishing, island excursions, golf course, diving, mini golf, go karting, tennis, sports centre, bike hire, shopping centre, spas and wellness centres, horse riding (in Macher village), whale museum (Puerto Calero) Water Park (Costa Teguise)
