Experience the best of Michigan in our gorgeous new lakefront vacation home: Swan Shores. Enjoy waterfront views while lounging in the Great Room of this 7-bedroom + rec room, 4-bath, lakefront home situated on Upper Scott Lake in Lee Township, MI, just 2.5 hours from Chicago & 3 hours from Detroit. Our home consists of all-new ranch-style construction, & includes a spacious accessible bathroom plus no stairs inside. Great for families!

*16 max guests includes kids of ALL ages*

Swan Shores is an all-new vacation home set on a large, private, lightly-wooded lot on the east shore of Upper Scott Lake. The home is set back from the water’s edge with room for a grassy lawn and a fire pit between the house and the small, private beach with dock. Our home has seven bedrooms and four full baths, as well as a great room area that includes a full kitchen, a living room with TV lounge area, and dining room, as well as an outdoor patio on the lake-facing side. Our entire home, yard, private beach, and private dock are ready and waiting for your exclusive use during your stay.

Decorated in a charming, countryside style, this accessible (i.e. no stairs inside) vacation home features airy rooms and picture windows with an incredible lake view. The shared living areas include a generous great room area complete with a full kitchen & hidden-fridge island, a smaller dining area, an extra-large formal dining area, and a sitting area. The kitchen is fully equipped with dining ware, cookware, utensils, modern appliances, and an island with plenty of work space. The small breakfast/gaming table is set for four, while the larger dining set can seat at least 12 comfortably with at least four more at the island stools. The sitting area is furnished with leather sofas and a large (55"), flat-screen TV connected to both satellite TV and DVD player. All of these great-room areas are arranged under a vaulted ceiling with inset canister lighting and floor-to-ceiling windows on the lake-facing side. Sliding doors open from the great room out onto a spacious outdoor deck area, which is fully equipped with additional dining space and a gas grill.

This home was conceived and built specifically to cater to large groups and families who want to escape the mad rush of daily life and spend time growing closer to one another while experiencing all the tranquility and enjoyment that "life on the lake" has to offer. We have worked to provide a balance of comfort, functionality, charm, unity, and fun throughout our home and grounds. We even designed our outdoor spaces to provide maximum opportunities for gathering together to enjoy good meals and good conversation. We sincerely hope that the breathtaking lake views from the great room and lake-facing deck will inspire and astound you as much as they do us. We love creating welcoming spaces that draw you in with their charmingly-decorated rooms designed with great care, and our greatest desire is to see you return year after year so you can continually create memorable moments with those you love.

“Amazing Labor Day Weekend”

Reviewed 3 Sep 2019

We were a group of 12 adults/ 4 kids and stayed here for the labor day weekend. Kids had a blast and adults had a blast as well. Cabin is set up beautifully for large groups, bedrooms, bathrooms and many dining options all of the with a lake view of course! Having the lake in the back yard was just "as good as it gets" . Sunsets and the calm clear lake water leaves you speechless. There are so many fruit farms close by. One day we went blueberry picking at Dee's Farm and were the best blueberries we ever ate.We will defiantly stay here again!

Owner's reply: Thank you so much for taking the time to let us know that we were able to make your family Labor Day Weekend awesome! We are so pleased that you have chosen to book with us again next year, and we can't wait to hear about your next stay!
