Florida Style 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo in Gulf Access Community of Punta Gorda Isles. From the moment you walk in, 18 diagonal tile throughout, custom light fixtures, upgraded appliances, instant hot water tap, deep Kohler sink with Moen faucets. Washer & Dryer in separate laundry room. Two master suites, third bedroom used as office or another bedroom. Wired for stereo surround sound, steps to pool, but the first floor offers a ground floor lanai with a backyard full of palm trees and tropical foliage which provides privacy from the other units. Single car garage with door opener, and attic access. Beautifully landscaped community complete with pool, spa, BBQ area, gazebo. This condo does not have a dock, but rental docks are available.

NEWLY FURNISHED -Sleeps 6 with privacy. Master bedroom has queen bed with private bath including walk-in shower and dual walk-in closets, 32" television with cable - direct access to the screened lanai in the rear. The other two bedrooms are located on the front side of the unit and share a bathroom with a combination bathtub/shower. One of these bedrooms provides privacy as as master suite , if desired. Each bedroom comfortably sleeps 2 - one with a Queen bed & the other with 2 twin beds. The unit also has a separate media room with two overstuffed chairs & ottoman as well as a stereo and small television with VHS tapes. The great room features leather couch, love seat and chair, 38" stereo television with surround sound DVD system. Appliances include mixer, blender, coffee pot, toaster, iron & ironing board, microwave, smooth top electric range, refrigerator with ice dispenser, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer, dryer, etc. The screened lanai offers a love seat & two chairs with a coffee table - all rooms including the lanai feature ceiling fans to enjoy the cool Florida breezes.
