Beautyfull, well maintained custom 3-bedroom/2-bathroom home on a quiet cul-de-sac with caged private heated pool, attached 2-car-garage with garage door opener, security system, split bedroom floor plan, central air and cieling fans (6), central air conditioning/electric heating, 2172 sqft living, 3003 tot sqft; recently remodeled with hardwood floors and new carpets; oversized lot with unobstructed greenbelt view and lots of privacy. Southern exposure for lots of sun in winter time.
The pool (14 x 28) is heated by high efficency heat pump.
Several Churches, Golf courses, tennis, restaurants and super markets within 5 minutes drive.

Only 40 minutes drive to Siesta Beach (Sarasota) being ranked as the No. 1 beach in the country by Stephen "Dr. Beach" Leatherman on May 27, 2011. Charlotte Harbour, Englewood Beach and Manasota Key/Venice are even closer.

Monthly rate is for permanent residence of 2 persons during the rental period (including temporary visits of relatives). Please ask for the monthly rate for permanent residence of three or more (max. 6) persons. According to the Florida law all rentals less than 6 (six) months are subject to Florida/County tourist tax - currently 12% (2015) of the monthly rent - payable by renter/tenant together with the rent (if you rent six or more months, this tax is waived!).

The vacation home is in the deed restricted community of Deep Creek, one of the few communities in South-West-Florida with huge greenbelts and lots of privacy around the homes.
Easy access from Interstate 75 (exit 170 or 167); restaurants, motels, gas stations, shopping centers (i.e Walmart, Publix, Winn-Dixie) within 5 minutes.
Golf and tennis (community) within 3 minutes.
Fort Myers Airport or downtown in 35 minutes, Sarasota downtown in 40 minutes. We have rented this lovely vacation home for 3-4 months for the past 4 winters, enjoying everything it has to offer, and consider it great value. It is located in a quiet residential area minutes away from golf, shops and historic downtown Punta Gorda with large waterfront park and Fisherman's Village boutique and restaurants. The home itself is exceptionally well equipped so all you need are your warm weather clothes. From the kitchen dishes, glassware, pots & pans to the bed linens and towels, everything is plentiful and good quality. It is an easy house to maintain and the landlords keep updating every year. Our time spent relaxing and dining on the lanai, by the very private screened in pool, is our favourite way to get away from a northern winter and we hope to keep coming back to this "home away from home" for many years to come.

Myself and my wife arrived in the beginning of January to live in this house for 3 months. We found the property spotlessly clean, very confortable beds, and tastefully decorated. Everything you need is there, just take clothes & food! Plenty of things to do in the area, shops 5 minutes away. Neighbours were fantastic & very friendly. We would recommend this property as 5 stars to anyone who wants to rent in Punta Gorda. Peter & Joan

-lovely place -bedrooms and baths on opposite sides of house provide privacy-openness of kitchen-living room area provides lots of space for entertaining-very clean-much appreciated and admired by our many visitors-on a very quiet street-you will enjoy.
