Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What are the most fun things to do in the area?
A: Charlotte Harbor has some of the best fishing in the Gulf and some would say in the US. Sport fish for Tarpon or shark or fish for a delicious meal by taking out a charter for Snook, bass, or other great eating fish.
Q: What makes your vacation spot special?
A: Punta Gorda is a hidden diamond that doesn't have the crowding that many of the gulf side cities experience. It still has a small community feel yet has world renowned restaurants, community theatre, the arts, a farmers market natural wildlife and great access to the water by boat or land.
Q: Where can you go from here? What else is there to do?
A: There is plenty to do in town if you just want to go out and eat, shop, take a sunset cruise or hand out by the pool. Every convenience is just a few minutes away from Punta Gorda Isles where our condo is located. If you want to drive though, you can get to large beaches like Englewood, Venice Beach and the number one beach in the world every year, Siesta Key in Sarasota about 40 minutes north.
