Modern 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms penthouse, fully air-conditioned.
Strategically located 150 meters from the beautiful seafront and animated promenade of Bugibba. It enjoys country and sea views from the private roof terrace.


FULL DESCRIPTION
This 90 square meters modern penthouse is built on two floors (4th & 5th), connected by a spiral staircase.
It boasts a superb terrace with country and seaview over St Paul's island, Xemxjia and Mistra Bay. You can enjoy breakfast in the morning, sunbathing on the terrace and enjoy the sunset in the evening.
The lower floor consists of 3 bedrooms -2 with balcony and air conditioning- a single room and a bathroom with shower.
The main bedroom has an ethnic touch. Solid wood furniture: orthopedic queen size bed, huge wardrobe, plenty of drawers, Moroccan style mirror and chandelier, air-conditioning unit, TV, small safe, pvc sunblock rollers, and a small balcony. Sleeps 2
The second bedroom - which can be prepared with 2 single beds or king size bed – has a modern touch: 2-door wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, mirror, pvc sunblock roller, air-conditioning unit and a small balcony. Sleep 2.
The third bedroom has a single bed and it is equipped with a fan (no air-conditioning). Sleep 1.

Being Bugibba in the Northern part of Malta where the unique natural sandy beaches are, we are offering to our guests a free transfer on arrival, so that you can start your relaxing holiday without any worries.

Then the upper floor has a combined kitchen/living/dining room, a main bathroom with bathtub and a seaview terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with kettle, toaster, microwave, freezer and fridge, gas burners and electric oven, housewares, dishes, cutlery…
The living area is equipped with air conditioning, sofa and arm chair, writing desk, TV with English, Italian and Maltese channels and DVD/CD player.
Very reliable LAN / WIFI Internet connection on both floors.

Other equipment includes: hair dryer, iron and iron board, outdoor table and chairs, sunbeds, small barbecue and sun umbrella for the terrace. Washing machine, cloths horse and small sink on the back balcony.
Tea and coffee making facilities for free.
Lift in the building (from the first floor).
Fresh bath towels and bed linen included and changed weekly.
Final cleaning included and quick cleaning every 7 days.
Free street parking, with no time limit.

The apartment is registered as a holiday apartment at the Maltese Tourism Authority (licensed by MTA)

THINGS TO NOTE
Please note that in the weekly price the property includes water and electricity bills as per below:
150 KWh of electricity and 4 cubic meters of water (per week per apartment).
This free allowance is more than sufficient. However if the inclusive amount of KWh and cubic meters will be exceed, the extra consumption will be charge at the rate of 0. 35c per KWh and 8 euro per cubic meter.
Also please note that when the monthly rate is selected, gas, water and electricity bills are NOT included in the agreed rent price and would be paid for as much as one consumes (at the above mentioned rates). Meters reading will be taken together on arrival and on departure. On check-in a cash payment of 100 euro as utility deposit for bills will be requested. If not used the difference will be refunded on departure - if used more though, the difference will have to be paid for.

We encourage all our guests to purchase health and travel insurance, as the owner cannot be retained responsible for any accidents that can occur in the premises.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: euro 150 (to be given cash on check in and returned on check-out, after apartment inspection)

LOCAL AREA
Bugibba is the most tourist centre in the North of Malta, very near to the best beaches and good point of depart to explore the three maltese islands.
Bugibba and St Paul's Bay are very well known for sport activities: many scuba diving and free diving schools, for instance, can be found within a walking distance.
Many language schools are also at a throw of a stone away from the flat (5 minutes on foot to Alpha, Bells, Sprachcafe, Global Village, EF).
The National Aquarium and the famous Cafe' del Mar are in Qawra and you can reach them through the beautiful promenade which connects the two villages.
Well known summer activities include: boat and beach parties, sunset cruises with barbecue on board, folklore village feasts with spectacular fireworks, morning and evening walks, trekking in the countryside, excursions to megalithic temples, visit to one of the 365 Maltese churches and to historical cities, nights at the Casino, and much more!
In Bugibba you will find all the shops that you might need: vast choice of restaurants, bars, cafes, night clubs, souvenirs and cloths shops, groceries, pharmacies, banks, cinemas, etc

NEIGHBOURHOOD
Grocery shop and bottle shop round the corner. Supermarket 400 Meter away.
This property is central and 5 minutes walking from the local language schools (Global Village, Bells, Alpha, EF and Sprachcaffe, etc…)
The bus stop is located on the waterfront and from here you can board a bus to any destination: the beautiful beaches of the north Golden Bay/Mellieha, the historical cities of Valletta and Mdina, the living centers of Sliema and St Julian's, etc .. ..
