This is your Home Away from Home. Located in a very quiet neighborhood with quiet, permanent neighbors.

This house is within reach of all amenities to Phoenix but without having to deal with daily traffic. It's walking distance to the public golf course where you can enjoy a round of golf then have drinks overlooking the course; many restaurants including the local treasure The Olive Mill: where you can take in the farmers market or an olive grove tour before savoring their local cuisine or breakfast (Voted #1 breakfast spot in AZ); conveniently located to grocery stores, banks, and other shopping centers.

The large, open-concept 1600 square foot rancher has all new interior with premium beds and new furniture. There are 3 bedrooms (king, queen, 2 singles) which are separate from each other so it makes for a quiet layout. Two full-bathrooms: master bath has double sinks, soaker tub, and shower. The home also has a covered patio with a table, 6 chairs, and a BBQ to enjoy your morning coffee or dinner under the stars; and an attached two car garage. There is a large walk-in closet in the master bedroom. Laundry is onsite, and high speed internet is included.

The open-concept provides an inviting space with lots of room to entertain friends, have family visit, or simply relax and watch your favorite movie on TV. You can also enjoy the big city with all of its amenities, entertainment and activities including the Arizona Cardinals or the Diamondbacks, and you're close to great outdoor spaces where you can hike in areas such as Lost Dutchman Park.
