I stayed here with my parents and children briefly for a vacation get away and it was very nice. The owner was v ery accomodating and hospitable. Her home was clean and neat and it had more than everything we needed to feel right at home in the middle of a very busy city. We were visiting from Texas so; NYC was very overwelming until we got to the vacation home and found some relief. It was close enough that we could get to Times Square in less than 10 min but far enough so that we could get some rest. This is definately a place I would recoomend for a family to stay at. Our family of 9 slept very comfortably.

Nice Clean Family House

April 3, 2014

The house was perfect for our family. It was spacious for NY and everything was clean and as reported in profile. The only thing I was not thrilled with was the stove/oven. It would turn on by itself. If replaced, it would be perfect. I think that maybe having the owners on the first floor, right under us, wasnt the ideal situation though. We have kids and kids can be loud, especially on spring break. We did feel alittle pressure to keep everyone quiet. Was awesome over all

Great location...nice owner.

April 8, 2013

We stayed at this apartment as a family of 5 for 5 nights. The location is absolutely great and very convenient. You are just a short walk to a grocery store, the subway stop, and several places to eat. There is someone on the property living there who is able to help if you have any issues. The owner, Christina, was very easy to reach and helped us with whatever we needed. I will say that if you plan to cook in the apartment the cooking tools are a LITTLE sparse but there is enough there that you can make do. I would suggest to people staying here that if you are a light sleeper you might want to pack some earplugs as the walls are a tad thin and you are very close to either a fire house or police station so sirens do go off with some frequency. I slept with earplugs and had no problem at all. It is very spacious and having 2 bathrooms with a big group was a huge plus. I would stay here again,...I just might bring my own spatula! :) Thank you Christina for a very nice time. My whole family was happy!
