Don't get a hotel in Quito--stay here!

Wonderful, cozy apt in the heart of the historic district of Quito! We had a great time staying in this three bedroom place. Had all the comforts of home while allowing us to get a real feel for the culture and beauty of Quito. Patrick, the owner, was an incredibly gracious host for the four of us, helping to arrange our travel to and from the airport, giving us tips to enhance our experience of the city and being responsive to our needs both before and during our stayWe are so happy we found this gem, and we recommend it highly over any hotel you could find there!

A Perfect location and apartment
January 31, 2015
We travel extensively and prefer an apartment close to the historic areas and not in a tourist hotel. This apartment was perfect, very quiet, everything we needed and beautifuly decorated with Ecuadorian art. The appliances are all new and the apartment was spotless. Out of our bedroom window is a fantastic view of el Panecillo with the Madonna statue which is lit up at night. We were around the corner from La Ronda, a historic arts area that is great to visit at night. Everything we were interested is in walking distance and you feel you are in the real Ecuador with locals living on your street. The building is very secure and very well maintained. Pat was always available to answer any question and made our stay wonderful.
