39 Surf Avenue is a large, ocean block single family with ocean views off of the deck. A historic home with a traditional Rehoboth Beach style, guests can't get any closer to the beach with a beach crossing right across the street. On the first floor, guests will find one bedroom off of the kitchen, as well as a very spacious living and dining area, giving ample space for everyone to spread out after a day at the beach. The second floor includes four additional bedrooms.

There is off-street parking for four cars in the driveway; Garage is for storage only.

This is a non smoking home, and pets are not permitted.

Rehoboth Beach, Delaware is a fun family destination with a boardwalk, shops and fantastic restaurants. Walking and bike trails are close by and there are several golf courses within driving distance.

Getting here

From our office continue South on Rt 1 and make a left onto Church St. At the stop light make a right onto Rehoboth Ave. When you enter the traffic circle take the 3rd exit onto Grove St. Stay straight onto Columbia Ave, turn right onto Surf Ave.
