Beautiful views and very well maintained home
Our family of 4 had a great weekend at this house. The views from the great room are spectacular. The house next door is set back so there are actually views on 2 sides of the house, which is quite rare for an oceanfront property! The house was very clean and extremely well maintained. If you stay here I would recommend going to the marina about a mile north and getting some fresh seafood. We had oysters and crab that were outstanding.

Our extended family of 7, mom, dad, three children, grandma, and grandpa, had another wonderful stay at this beach house. The house is amazing, not only for it's location, but also for the layout and "feel" of the house. The main floor, with massive windows looking west toward the ocean, is where you will spend most of your INDOOR time. That is where the fully stocked kitchen (cooking implements), huge dining table, fire place, couches, and chairs are. (The skylights add their own special ambiance through the day). You will not spend much indoor time as there is a deck that is high enough that adults get a great view of the ocean plus the sound of the waves while the kids enjoy their your own personal sand lot (big). Then, you all follow the short path from the house down to the BEACH. If you have young kids, head down at LOW tide. The beach has tons of tide pools for them to run and splash in (water in Pacific Ocean COLD...buy them wet suits) and watch the fun. Regretfully, highly recommend this home because once the word gets out it will be harder for my family to book trip number 4...

Rented for a week with the family. The house was just perfect. The photos do not do it justice; it's really close to the ocean. We absolutely loved the beach. There were hardly any people around, even in June. The kids had a blast hunting for shells and jellyfish. We were able to rent a boat right up the road and crab and clam dig in the bay. The house was very well stocked. We appreciated the beach gear. The owner was very communicative. I highly recommend this rental.

We spent 3 nights over Memorial Day weekend with 4 adults and 4 children. The main room is fantastic! The windows provide a spectacular view and the skylights make the whole room light up. The kitchen is amazing, very well stocked. The sand in front of the deck was great fun for the kids. Hardly any walk to the beach, it's right there!! We saw sea lions and a whale. Absolutely beautiful!! We would highly recommend this home.

My wife and I stayed here in late April and it was perfect. The great room was amazing and the views were awesome; A perfect place to watch the sunset. The master bedroom and bathroom were also great and roomy. The kitchen was well stocked (more so than the discription leads you to believe). The beach access is incredible! We will be back.

Spent 4 nights at this wonderful beachfront retreat. Great quiet location. Beautiful ocean views. Perfect for our family. Weather was a plus! We lucked out and had 4 days of sunshine the third weekend in April. Gorgeous sunsets! Spotted an eagle on the jetty on an early morning walk at sunrise on the beach. We found everything we needed in the great kitchen. Only downside, was the queen beds. We knew about them going in, but with husband and sons 6'3" and 6'4", they would have preferred king beds.

The pictures don't do it Justice. The home was beautiful. Plenty of space for two families with a total of 5 kids. The family room is spectacular. Kitchen was fully stocked with essentials. The beach was right outside the back door. We had an expected bonus of being ae to see the whales as well! Perfect.

Just wanted to say that our family had such a great time at this house. Great location! Brought enough food that we could relax, enjoy Easter dinner, hang out on the beach, beach comb for sand dollars, and play games. We thoroughly enjoyed the house. There was surprisingly so many kitchen tools so that we didn't have to improvise with anything. The biggest surprise was the waffle maker! The owner was so easy to work with and it was one of the best experiences we have had! Another perk was the semi private beach! It had great marine life over by the rock jetty. Also, an eagle to boot! We enjoyed all of it. Thanks so much for the wonderful quick vacation! We hope to rent again soon! Thank you!!!!!

When I go to the beach in February in Oregon, I expect to be watching the rain and reading in front of a warm fire. This year we lucked out and had the most beautiful weekend on the coast I've ever seen. It was warm and sunny with not a cloud in the sky, and we were staying in this beautiful house. We spent most of our time in the main room enjoying the view of the ocean, playing games, cooking, reading, and relaxing. As a person who loves to cook, I really enjoyed this kitchen. It is well stocked with all the tools I needed, and since the kitchen is in the main living area I got to talk to everyone while I was cooking. When we weren't relaxing in the house, we were at the beach; a long journey of about 20 steps down the path from the back porch. Sunset from the porch was wonderful. All in all, this house is beautiful, comfortable, and great for a special weekend away with six adults and a dog. Thanks so much for letting us stay!
