This stunning spectacular 5 star renovated duplex penthouse by renowned architects Gordon Kahn associates has four bedrooms and four and a half baths with sweeping direct views of Central Park, the NYC skyline, the Hudson River, the East River as well as the Long Island sound.s

As you enter the approx. 3,815 sq. ft. apartment through a grand foyer complete with powder room you are awestruck by the unparalleled views from your 50 ft. living room lined with floor to ceiling windows that overlook the Park. The open concept design includes a formal dining area and two separate gourmet kitchens with Gaggenau and Miele appliances including a wine refrigerator and a coffee machine that lends itself for grand scale entertaining. The countertops are Calacutta Gold and can serve as a bar or extra prep space.

Completing the 77th floor is a family room or guest suite with its own ensuite Waterworks bathroom that overlooks the NYC Skyline. Throughout the apartment there are Luxurious Russian White hardwood Floors.

The 78th floor with lofty 12 ft. ceilings has three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms and a laundry room. Wake up to the sweeping Central Park, Hudson and East River views from your master suite with floor to ceiling window throughout. Almost Paradise

Any place you lease starts with the landlord. You won't find any better and he has become our true friend. This is his personal vacation (2nd) residence and we have truly enjoyed our 3 winter months here the last two years. While I fished for largemouth bass, redfish and snook in my 21' bassboat powered with a 250 HP outboard motor, my wife enjoyed touring and shopping. Our adult children would visit over the Holidays and we spent Christmas day on beautiful Englewood beach and we also played golf at some very nice, not overly priced, golf courses. On News Years Eve we attended a "SunSet Fellowship" on the beach and thanked God for a great New Year with many new friends we met in the area. Each morning we would walk or ride our bikes around the neighborhood or up the Pioneer Bike Trail that adjoins the property and we always returned home in better, healthier, condition not missing the cold, the ice and the snow. We would eat lunch on the lanai and watch all kinds of wildlife including bald eagles that would snatch fish right out of our canal, all types of awesome cranes, beautiful bobcats that always bolted if they saw you, gorgeous and playful river otters and an occasional alligator when touring the over 55 miles of canal system. All this and we never left our locked canal system, although we easily could have, that would have gained access into the Myakka River, the upper end of Port Charlotte harbor. We also enjoyed the smaller town atmosphere, unlike many of the bigger cities like FT. Myers or Sarasoto. Less traffic, short wait time at some of our favorite restaurants, Farlows being our favorite seafood place with great local entertainment. We like this area so much that we are returning again this year but this time we are staying in a home in the area, on the same canal system, but we have been given an option to buy if the homeowner ever decides to sell. We would be returning to this home had our landlord friend given us that option too but we don't blame him in hanging onto his home, why would you sell a place that sets in "almost paradise?" Exactly 8 miles from Port Charlotte Mall where there is a very nice cinema and 8 miles to Boca Grand, destination to the world famous tarpon tournament, you won't be disappointed. Note: The interior canal system is idle only, once you reach the lagoon you can get on plane all the way to the lock where you can lock into salt water, the canal system is brackish water.

Lovely, spacious, bright home in secuded setting but close to all shopping and restraunts.Nice canal setting with boat dock and lots of wild life made it a great vacation.




pleasant, comfortable home

This home met all my wishes for a clean, comfortable modern home, close to beaches, shops and restaurants. The large lot at the end of the street provided the privacy and space I prefer. In the morning I was able to take my bike out the back gate to the bike trail and ride to Publics to get my muffin and coffee. Being a sun and beach worshiper, I was able to travel to Boca Grande, Englewood and Venus beaches...all which proved to be beautiful. The lanai, which overlooks a lovely,quiet canal for boating, was also a pleasant place to read and have meals. All in all this home provided everything I was looking for and more.

Clean, quiet and convenient

Stayed in this beautiful new home in April of 2009 to "get a feel of the area", while taking some vacation time and looking around for property. The home is new and bright, with all the conveniences needed for a pleasant stay. A very private setting, with a large lanai overlooking your own dock on a waterway that connects to the South Gulf Cove canal system, with quick access to a large lagoon, the Myakka River and Charlotte Harbor, all great for fishing and boating. Unfortunately, I did not have a boat with me, although rentals are available nearby. The home also has immediate access to the bike trail, and is convenient to Englewood Beach, one of the nicest beaches in the area. It is also very convenient to the nearby Publix shopping center, and only 15 minutes to the Southwest Regional Mall, as well Englewood, and an abundance of restaurants, although I preferred the more quaint local restaurants and beach bars & grilles. If you like a quiet, secluded setting, yet want conveniences nearby, I can certainly recommend this home to meet those expectations.
