Description from owner

Your home away from home is directly across the street from a boardwalk that takes you to one of the most beautiful white sand beaches anywhere in the world! You are also a two-minute walk to the intracoastal waterway. Watch the sunrise on the beach in the morning, then watch the sunset on the intracoastal waterway in the evening, where you may very likely see dolphins frolicking or the gentle Florida Manatee.

Be one of the first to stay in this beautifully decorated, beach themed ground floor condo that sleeps six. There are tile floors throughout. You're mere steps to the large pool and tennis court, so bring the suntan lotion and be ready for a great vacation. Park your car in the assigned parking space directly outside your unit and enjoy easy access, there are no stairs to get into this unit.

This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo features a fully stocked kitchen, including a blender and ice maker for those tropical drinks which you can enjoy on the screened in patio. There is dining room seating for four or just pull up to the breakfast bar and enjoy a home cooked meal. There are also gas grills for your use by the pool. If you choose not to cook, there are many award winning restaurants nearby, recommendations and menus are in the condo. Either way you're going to appreciate the relaxing and peaceful atmosphere that this unit offers.

With flat screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom, you can sit back on the very comfortable couch, which is also a queen sleeper or relax in the comfortable king size master bed and just know that you made the right choice. The living room also features surround sound and a DVD player for your enjoyment. There is also wireless Internet in the unit for your convenience.

The condo has 2 upgraded full baths. The master bath with a tub/shower and the guest bath with a walk in shower. The condo also has a full size washer and dryer, and the list of features goes on. The second bedroom has two twin size beds. Don't worry about bringing those beach chairs or your umbrella stroller, this unit has it all. All linens and bath towels are also provided. Just bring your clothes and some food and you will be ready to enjoy a fantastic beach vacation.

Did I mention that you can bring your boat, jet ski, or your kayaks? Yes, you can. There is a grassy strip for smaller-boat parking on the property at Building A and a boat ramp right down the block on the intracoastal waterway. You can't get much closer to both the beach and the intracoastal waterway!

Why visit St. Augustine?

Founded in 1565, St. Augustine is the oldest continuously occupied settlement of European and African-American origin in the United States. It shows its age with a unique charm, giving you the feeling that you are in a small European village in Spain's Andalusia. The narrow cobblestone streets, the horse-drawn carriages festooned with flowers, and the coquina bastions of the Spanish fort that guard the bay like sentinels. St. Augustine is the site of the fabled Fountain of Youth, and travelers find numerous treasures in the beautiful Historic District, built in the Spanish Renaissance Revival style. Terra-cotta roofs and narrow balconies overhang a wonderful hodgepodge of shops and eateries that can be happily explored for weeks.

St Augustine has a vibrant arts scene, unique art galleries, artisan shops and multiple live music venues.

Chosen by National Geographic among the top 10 best holiday lighting places in the WORLD! The annual Nights of Lights celebration starts late November and goes through the end of January. During this time St. Augustine glows with holiday magic all over the city from top to bottom. Nearly three million lights adorn every corner of the historic district!
