It was amazing to have the beach right at our footsteps. We enjoyed the sunrise right from our bed in the master suite. Close to St. Augustine historic district. Any family can enjoy the oceanfront without breaking their budget.

Amazing Ocean Views

April 7, 2014

Wow! This house has the best views of the ocean that anyone could imagine. We felt like we were ON the ocean! We saw dolphins while drinking our coffee and even a humpbacked whale! Extremely well stocked - lots of space - fabulous kitchen - so many sand toys and beach paraphernalia - extremely comfortable beds - fantastic shower in the second floor main bathroom! Joyce is a conscientious host who is ALWAYS there for you if you need her for anything. Traffic is loud on the highway in the back of the house but we got used to it. The beach is not soft sand (really it's ground up shells) so our 3-year-old didn't want to walk on it because it hurt his feet. If you are accustomed to riding a bike on the beach like you can on other beaches in the area, this one isn't firm enough for that. Having said this, the shells are incredible. If you go early in the morning, you'll be sure to find some winner shells. We now have one on our fireplace mantle in cold Ontario Canada to remind us of our time in Florida. Thanks for everything, Joyce!

Wonderful, relaxing getaway!!!

January 3, 2014

I planned a surprise New Years getaway for my husband at this wonderful beachfront home! Wow, we were not only impressed with the kind responsiveness from the owners, but the place was comfortable, roomy, peaceful and the views from both floors were spectacular! The home has two garages, two stories, fully equiped kitchen & linens. The place was spotless! The breezes were spectacular. A morning walk included viewing the sunrise, collecting seashells and fresh air. If you are looking for a private & cozy getaway, this is the place! We will be back. The owners are very trustworthy, I verified they have been doing business on this site for several years. So don't be afraid. (Dont forget to bring your own toiletries, shampoo, soap, hairdryer). Also groceries is good idea for cooking breakfast or meals. There is a Publix Supermarket down the street south of the bridge. Great restaurants in town too!

We could not have picked a better place to stay!!! The Condo was so nice and clean and we LOVED the layout! My husband and I said if we come back to Saint Augustine for vacation we will rent the same place. The area on Crescent Beach is so private and not crowded AT ALL! I would highly recommend this condo if you are looking for something right on the beach this is it!!! Very homey! We were also pleased with all the cookware and plenty of bath towels too! We had a great time in this beautiful home - directly on the ocean, completely furnished, wi-fi, - everything a family would want or need. Looking forward to next year :)

The condo is right on the water and beauitfully decorated. It was great to be able to run out your door and be right on the ocean. It was quite when we were there and just a wonderful stay.

Me and my family recently stayed here, and it was Beautiful!! The views were awesome and the Beach was just steps off of the deck leading down to the beach. The bedrooms were in great condition..other than 1 room had a fan that was sticking and needed a little shove to get going. The place was very clean and nice. Our person that we dealt with the whole time was extremely nice and very easy to talk too. Water pressure was so so..and it kinda smelled like the ocean..but we got over that real quick! I would recommend this place to any romantic couple..or a family of 4. As far as things being close buy like attractions, food, anything tourists or even for the kids...was within 10-12 miles max for us. The kids will love this place called Adventure Landing off of SR 16. We even loved it me, and my wife that is. Go Karts for big and small, putt-putt, arcade games, batting cage, and food! The Lighthouse was cool..approximately 291 steps to the top..not for anyone with back or leg problems.
