If you demand comfort, quality and convenience in the places you stay, we will meet your expectations. This is our second home and we want it to be an enjoyable place for everyone to visit. Our vacation home is run by us, not an agent. Therefore, we always answer each inquiry individually and do not reply with templates - as frequent travellers ourselves, we understand how important it is to offer this personal service.
Equipped with everything you will need for your stay, there is no hurry to rush out to buy coffee for your first morning as all basic food supplies are already there. Both bathrooms have shower products and first aid items, so you can languish restfully in the kingsize bed, enjoy a pleasurable, unhurried coffee on the peaceful lanai and plan your first day in the sunshine.
We welcome your canine friends and have an enclosed, fenced yard backing onto reserve. Our community offers pleasant walkways and we offer very reasonable pet rates.
Although our spacious and inviting one-story home, sleeps six adults and one child comfortably (king, two queens, futon), we thought it important that the dining area seats eight, so an occasional friend could dine. All furniture and accessories are of good quality and taste. There is 46" HCD TV with Digital cable and separate DVD player and the en-suite with double walk-in shower has hairdryer & GHD straightening/curling irons. Our home has WiFi so you can keep in touch via your iphone or laptop.
A perfect, year-round climate with sun-kissed days, balmy nights and quiet, uncrowded picturesque sand beaches are what draws visitors to historic Saint Augustine, America's oldest city with 50+ historic sites, points of interest and unique shops. We're sure you'll enjoy your time here.
And after all this - collapse in our private decked area, with seating and a bistro set, there's a small grill for barbecuing and a fire pit for flame gazing while drinking champagne (of course!). You can even roast marshmallows on it! Complete with outside citronella candles, this is a lovely way to end a fun filled day.
There are two well-kept playgrounds close by, one of which has a carousel, our daughter's favorite! We are a 2 minute drive from Publux, 5 minute drive from the designer outlet malls and to the intra-coastal waterway for launching of boats and kayaks, fabulous sunsets and various excellent recreation and dining activities. (There's 2 kayaks in our 2 car garage, you can use.)
We are situated in Royal Saint Augustine, a golfing community with various walkways which are suitable for dog walking. We are happy for your dogs to stay at our home if you tell us a little about them when booking.

Reviews for this vacation home rental in Saint Augustine, Florida
punished for allowing family to stay over
May 29, 2015
we thought we had done a great job getting the place nice and ready to rent again-but we were told that because we allowed our family to stay over after we bbqd and had a night too late for them to drive home that our deposit would be kept. My aunt has a service dog for seizures and she was penalized for bringing the animal with her as well. Feel misled and cheated and will not stay again :(

The home was nice enough and the private area out back was a plus. They need to do an inventory and add some usable cooking pots and pans. We didn't want to eat out every meal. The home is not really near the beach or st. Augustine itself, but the neighborhood was safe and not far was a publix supermarket. All in all, it was fine. The folks who own it are very nice and cooperative.
