In a magnificent and peaceful setting on a secure, private residential estate in Sainte-Maxime, this luxuriously appointed, designer-decorated air-conditioned villa is a superior location for an unforgettable holiday in a fascinating region. Here, you are 20 km from Saint-Tropez, the most prestigious resort on this coast and one that retains its authentic charm. Or, if you are looking for the friendliness of a Provençal village, we suggest you discover Le Plan de la Tour, just 13 km away, and its Côtes de Provence wines at the "Vignerons du Plan-de-la-Tour" wine cellar on the Route de Grimaud. On the way, you will pass the Aqualand waterpark and the Gaumont cultural centre, each promising entertainment for another day.

On both levels, the terraces which run alongside the villa and the pool area enjoy a beautiful, unobstructed view of the sea and the b ay of Saint-Tropez. There is parking space for three cars by in front of the entrance gate, which is lockable and provides access to the lift or the door to the house. On the living-room level, a terrace runs the full length of the house, while the outdoor area near the suite is laid out for relaxation. On the hillside behind the kitchen, this is a very private area with a lounge set and eating area. The lower level, where you will find the heated swimming pool with a children's pool and two access steps, is a very pleasant area and has a lounge area shaded from the sun, as well as an outdoor shower and a separate toilet. At the other end of the villa, the terrace outside the studio is equipped with a fridge and a griddle, so you can cook and eat while admiring "The Med". The pétanque area is on the lower level.

From the entrance hall, which opens onto the living room, fifteen steps lead down to the lounge, on the right, with a working fireplace, and to the dining room, which looks out on the large terrace with its eating area. There is also a suite with a large double bed and adjoining bathroom, and an artificial grass terrace to one side. To the left, you will find the beautiful kitchen and back-kitchen, opening onto the outside area, where there is another eating area. The lower level may be reached from inside, either down 15 steps or by the lift, or from outside, on the right-hand side of the house, facing the sea. This level comprises: one bedroom with two single beds, one bedroom with a large double bed, one bedroom with two single adjustable electric beds, two shower rooms and one separate toilet. There is also an air-conditioned studio flat with a kitchen, TV and 140 cm sofa bed which looks out on a large terrace.
