“What a find!”

Reviewed 1 Sep 2016

What a find! We had a wonderful mini-family reunion here. Ten members from three generations of my family rented all three Twin Arches apartments (the upstairs and downstairs of one house and the downstairs of the house next door) for six days. These are lovely houses on a quiet tree-lined street. The interior is beautiful with nice wood work and lovely rugs. The couches were comfortable and plentiful, and the attention to detail – in the décor and in the provisioning, including, even, umbrellas in the front hall – was appreciated by all. The kitchen and dining area worked well. We did take-out a couple of times from nearby restaurants so that we could have a relaxed dinner in this superb house. Amber, the owner, was wonderful! Through phone calls and emails prior to the trip, she helped us understand that the house would fit our needs. In addition to attending a family wedding and the State Fair, some of us went running or walking or shopping in the neighborhood, and we all enjoyed playing the board games that came with the house. We enjoyed our stay immensely, and everyone was raving about what a nice place we had found! We highly recommend these beautiful apartments!

Owner's reply: Thank you for your kind compliments. For the past ten years, we have done our best to make the property guest friendly! Thank you to all of the suggestions from guests that have made our St. Paul Twin Arches what it is today.

Owner Supplied Testimonials

Perfect family getaway
We've stayed in lots of rentals but this was the best! Walking into the cozy, attractive surroundings felt like coming home. There is lots of comfortable seating, the kitchen is very well stocked and the lay-out allowed for peace and privacy in the bedrooms, with a spacious gathering place in the dining/living rooms. The neighborhood is beautiful and perfect for walking, and the owner couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. We expect to visit St. Paul in the future and will always look first for this rental.

We loved staying here! Plenty of room for the whole family and close to everything! The house was clean and the the owners very friendly. We had everything we needed right their in the house.

Made our visit to St. Paul SO much more enjoyable.
The love that Amber has poured into Twin Arches is evident. It feels like a home, not a rental. We were in town for my daughter's graduation from the University of St. Thomas and enjoyed having the option of walking to campus/coffee/her apartment. Having a place that was clean and inviting made the trip more enjoyable. The kitchen is well equipped, towels and bedding very nice, and Amber is so easy to work with and very accommodating. The home itself is beautiful - woodwork, furnishings, carpets etc. I have enjoyed finding homes with charm and character as I travel and this is a favorite. I highly recommend Twin Arches would love to have the opportunity to stay here again.
