A private (10 x 5 m) heated pool (on demand), depth 1.50m available from April 1 until October 30 with an fence-type of security and access by steps.

2 terraces, one with a southern exposure shaded by Virginia creeper and equipped with garden furniture, the other covered with a south-west exposure with a fixed BBQ using wood, a plancha and a dining area.

A bathroom ( toilet and shower).
