This mid-terrace holiday cottage sits within the coastal resort of Salcombe in Devon and sleeps four people across two bedrooms.Ginn Cottage is a tasteful cottage enjoying a mid-terrace location within the South Devon seaside town of Salcombe. Its two bedrooms are made up of two double beds, they share access to a family bathroom, the property is able to sleep up to four people. Inside you will also find an open-plan living area including a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a gas fire, there is also a utility room. Go outside and discover parking in a public car park, as well as a courtyard garden with furniture to the rear. Ginn Cottage offers exquisite accommodation in a desirable Salcombe location.

There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking on the South West Coast path.
