Second floor waterside apartment located in the centre of Salcombe and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.28 The Salcombe is a delightful waterside home, just a short walk from Salcombe’s boutique shops and restaurants, in an enviable location. The flat sleeps four people in two bedrooms with one en suite shower room and a family bathroom. There is a lounge and dining room with seaside features and seating for four guests, as well as a well-equipped kitchen. Outside there is a large balcony with panoramic views over the gardens, harbour and estuary, and two sun loungers and chairs for four people. In central Salcombe, with its popular bakery, local eateries and shops, 28 The Salcombe is a fantastic holiday home for a young family to enjoy a South Devon break.

Communal Wifi only available in 'The Salcombe' reception not in the property (communal for residents of The Salcombe Apartments). Allocated parking space in the secure car park for one car, and mooring on 'The Salcombe' pontoon, accessed from the gardens.
All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided – guests need to bring there own teatowels, beach towels and oven gloves.
Region: Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
Town: Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking on the South West Coast path.
