A converted barn on the outskirts of Salcombe in Devon, it sleeps 12 people in six bedrooms.Moult Hill Barn has been lavishly converted to provide accommodation close to Salcombe in Devon. It plays host to six en-suite bedrooms which include four super king-size rooms and two twin rooms, along with a cloakroom, the property is able to sleep 12. Also inside there is an open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area hosting a woodburning stove, also find a utility. To the outside, there is a balcony on the first floor and a terrace with furniture and a barbecue, as well as off-road parking for six cars. Moult Hill Barn is a high-quality retreat for groups of friends, families or couples alike looking to explore South Devon.

Town: Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking on the South West Coast path.
