This duplex apartment is nestled in the coastal town of Salcombe, in South Devon and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.1 Albany House is a well-presented apartment set over two floors in the South Devon town of Salcombe. It boasts two bedrooms; a king-size double with en-suite bathroom and a twin room with en-suite shower room, sleeping four in total. Inside is also an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the exterior is off-road parking for one car, as well as a large shared garden with barbecues provided. With access to the spa facilities and lovely views over the garden, 1 Albany House provides a refreshing stay in a lovely area of Devon.
