It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and sleeps eight. There is a kitchen / dining room, sitting room and eight-person dining table. Stunning 'Mediterranean' feel garden featuring sago palms, banana palms, tree ferns, grape vines, date palms and other exotic plants. Indian sandstone patio at the front of the property with table and chairs - a gravel and slabbed path leads you through rendered and stone clad walls to a herringbone patio with gas barbecue, large table and chairs, built-in pond/water feature. Home is a lovely property for families wanting to be close to the heart of Salcombe in this very spacious accommodation.

Amenities: The kitchen is equipped with a Fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven, hob, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle. TV, DVD.

Wifi available. Telephone available. Stunning Mediterranean feel garden, patio with table and chairs, gas barbecue, built in pond. Snug with TV and Playstation 3. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Note: Log burner is decorative only, not in use.

Region: Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Town: Salcombe is a popular destination for walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea and was once a major port. There are two pretty beaches within a short distance, North Sands and South Sands and further on is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe you must take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking, including the South West Coast path.
