comfortable and convenient

October 21, 2014

Annually our family has a sister's retreat. There are always at least seven of us, so we need a place for a large group of adults to gather. Staying in this home added to the pleasure of our weekend this year. There was ample space for each of us to sleep comfortably in our own queen or king size beds or one very comfortable couch. There were more couches and bunk beds available that we didn't use. We were inpressed with the comfort of each bed. We like staying where there is a kitchen so we can fix our own food. It was simply, bit well supplied. This home also had a great neighborhood grocery store nearby. It was helpful to have a washer and dryer too. It also has convenient access to the interstate and salt lake international airport. To get tp the neighborhood you have to wind around a few streets up the hill, but it was easy to find and tucked away in a quiet cildesac. We liked having a garage to park two cars and the ease of a remote garage door opener. The view from the hill is beautiful. The property manager was easy to work woth and very accomodating. We would stay here again.

There was something for everyone. Children enjoyed foosball and ping pong tables in basement and swingset outside. Great location and view it was close to everything we needed or wanted to do. Rooms were spacious had lots of closet space. If we go back to Salt Lake would definately check availability again. Three car garage was nice to have with our three cars.

Owner's reply:

Thank you Jim! It was great to have you and your group. You guys are great guests! Please let us know your next trip to SLC.

great house, terrible location

August 7, 2014

We loved the house. Lots of room, well stocked (though the kitchen could have used a blender) and well furnished. We disliked being right next to the busy road for two reasons 1) the traffic was non stop and could be quite noisy 2 ) there was no fenced yard so it was very difficult to get outside with the kids. Location aside, a very nice property. The hot tub is shared with downstairs tenants which is not ideal, but I was forewarned about that! Lovely home.
