Washer/dryer and BBQ on premises. Max 4 for occupancy. I have my own well so when houses, condos and even whole towns are out of water, mine is still flowing. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful setting. La Casa Palmar was totally clean, inviting and tastefully decorated. We had good beds, hot water, a large, well- stocked kitchen, very nice dining and living room areas and a pretty bathroom. Access to a washer and dryer is just outside the house. It is a relaxing paradise: take a walk on the beach of the Pacific Ocean or try a surfing class at the surf school you can easily walk to. We enjoyed the 2 verandas with a hammock and incredible views of the ocean and impeccably well- manicured lawn. An then there were the beautiful sunrises! You can eat or have a glass of wine outside or inside. You'll have the same great ocean views either way. Chrisse went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She is friendly and very helpful and even invited us to yoga classes with her. Do not miss an opportunity to stay at La Casa Palmar!"

"Pure relaxation
We were there from March 21 to 01 April 2016 in this beautiful holiday home.
It was a very relaxing holiday and the house was beautiful and in a very good location. The beach right outside the door and the breakfast at beautiful sunrise made it perfect. Panama City can be reached in around 1.5 hours by car and the nearest large supermarket can be reached in just 15 minutes.
A three-day trip to the San Blas Islands ended our great holiday in Panama.
We say thank you and will definitely go again."

From the Veranda you have a nice view to the ocean and the distance to the beach is only 20 mts and you can swim every day in the sea. The Kitchen is kompletly with a wonderful maritime design and the 2 bedrooms. the bathroom and the big living room also. You have a TV, a DVD-player, a WLAN-Router, a laundry and a dryer. There is also a open car home The nice Garden and the house are very clean and the owner is a very friendly and helpfull artist women. Nearby only 300 mts you find 2 goods restaurants, 1 directly at the water. Only 500 mts is the Panamericana highway and at 10 km you find the great supermall Coronado with a lot of supers, shops, restaurants etc."

The other property that I have for rent is Casa Tarzana. It is a one bedroom that sleeps 4 as the living room has a sofa couch. My property manager, Linda can give you info on both houses. Pls address inquiries to her.
Area Information
A 40 minute drive from here will take you to the lovely mountain town of El Valle which has many different activities and sights to see. The drive to El Valle is a scenic hilly road with many fruit stands and craftworks on the way. The town itself is a bit cooler than the coast on most days. El Valle boasts a fascinating Sunday Market with arts, crafts, plants and food items. The natives come down from the mountains on those days to sell their wares and the Guna (formerly called Kuna) Indians also bring their world famous molas. There are interesting hikes to areas with beautiful views, waterfalls, and historical points with petroglyphs. If butterflies are your cup of tea, El Valle boasts the number one attraction in Panama--The Butterfly Haven, where you can experience butterflies all around you in a caged area feeding on beautiful flowers. A zoo is also located in El Valle; it is the only place in the world where you can see a golden frog. All are gone from the wild.
For those who golf, there are several golf courses in the beach areas.
Surfers, paddle boarders and kayakers can rent here in El Palmar. There are surf lessons for those who are interested.
Yoga/Zumba/Pilates is offered in Coronado.
There is great fishing and scuba diving/snorkeling in many of the areas in Panama.
Many restaurants are found in the beach areas with varied cuisines.
Panama offers a great assortment of organized tours to jungle, beach, mountain, lake and indigenous areas.

Tarzana's Beachfront Casas--Additional info
The drive from Tocumen International airport is approximately 2 hours. It is a 2500 M2 (.6 acre) seaside property, 30 meters from the ocean's edge in a small Pacific beach town of El Palmar, very near to Coronado, a center of business, shopping and entertainment. Just 8 steps down from the edge of the property, your feet touch the warm tropical sand. Many of the weekdays you have the beach to yourself or just a few others. Low tide affords you long walks on the beach. El Palmar is good for surfing, boogie boarding, paddleboarding and kayaking. Tarzana's Beachfront Casas is an eco-oriented property. No smoking 50 feet from the buildings. This gorgeous property boasts 150 feet of beachfront, colorful flowering plants and a tremendous amount of shade from the large majestic trees. Many of my guests park themselves there under the shade for hours to gaze out at the sea. Calming ocean waves play their tunes all day long for you to enjoy!
First month and deposit is required for reservation.
It is best to have a cell phone while here in Panama. You can buy an inexpensive phone and get minute cards in many shops in Coronado or in Panama City. Or you can get a chip plus a minute card if your phone is unlocked. There is a CLARO company cell tower in El Palmar and it is the recommended cell company for the area for the best reception.

Contact my property manager Linda for more info.

Golfing in Coronado and other areas

Q: What makes La Casa Chica at Tarzana's Beachfronts so special?
A: You have a lovely garden and beachfront view on a private property shared by only a few. You are not in a Condo with a million people. The house itself is very unique with both imbedded seashell collections from all over the world and fine art on the walls. We are now feeding the iguanas in an area away from this house and every morning you can see them gather and wait for their upcoming breakfast. You are surrounded by greenery that makes you feel like you are in the tropics. The weather is warm all year round and the breezes blow to keep you cool on most days.
