“Beach and Bay House”

Reviewed 15 Aug 2016

We absolutely LOVED the beach and bay house. We had never rented a VRBO property and had a wonderful experience! Our family of 5 including 3 adult children were with us and took advantage daily of the beach cruisers on the boardwalk, nearby restaurants and shopping, and of course the beach umbrellas, boogie boards and rolling cooler for the beach. We were very close to San Diego attractions, La Jolla, and San Diego Pier. The property is beautifully renovated and we found it very spacious and roomy for 5 adults. Tara answered all of our questions quickly by text, phone, or e-mail. All in all a wonderful experience and we hope to be back. We would definitely in the beach and bay house again!!!

“Wonderful Stay”

Reviewed 18 Jul 2016

Just spent a week at this wonderful condo. Let me preface by saying we are timeshare owners and love the ability to stay in condo with all the amenities. Unfortunately, we could not book a timeshare on Mission Beach, so decided we would try to rent a condo. A little worried since we had high expectations. No need for fears, this place is wonderful. Location, location, location cannot be beat. The condo was clean and fully stocked with everything you need. Having the 2 car garage was a real blessing. Parking is not easy and not having to worry about finding a spot was great. My grandchildren loved the walkway to the beach, literally less than a few minutes. So fun to be able to go to the beach, come back rest and go back. The condo has beach chairs and boggie boards which were used daily. Kids had so much fun playing in the ocean. While the place is quite busy and loud during the day, nighttime was quiet and peaceful after 10:00. Large fenced in patio with chairs and table. Also nice propane grill. Close to several restaurants, try the taco shop on corner, excellent and reasonable. Starbucks on the other corner if that's your thing. You cannot find a better location if Mission Beach is your destination. Everything you need for a great vacation is in place for you!!! Did I mention washer and dryer???

“Great Place!!”

Reviewed 9 Jun 2016

This place was very comfortable & easy. The rental has all your basic needs and more. The open floorplan allows for plenty of space to move around. Perfect for a family of 4 or 2 couples. We were able to walk to the bay in a short walk, hang out on the patio for hours & cook breakfast in the mornings. Our English Mastiff felt right at home & loved hanging out on the patio. This is a place we would come back to visit. The process to rent, check in & check out was seamless.
