This mid century modern view home is at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet residential neighborhood centrally located overlooking beautiful Mission Bay Park and the Pacific Ocean. Private yard and front and back yard decks provide ample outdoor living spaces to enjoy San Diego's comfortable year round weather.

There are two master bedrooms one queen bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a queen size pullout sofa. There is also an open elevator to the upstairs master bedroom great for grandparents and getting luggage upstairs.

A perfect place for a family reunion or traveling with friends. This can be your home away from home; centrally located and convenient to all of San Diego's best attractions. After a day of fun return and relax in this Outlook over San Diego. BBQing and sunsets are ideal.

Outlook West is just east of Mission Bay Park, Pacific Beach and La Jolla beaches,10 minutes to Sea World, 15 minutes to downtown and the San Diego Zoo and 45 minutes from Legoland and the San Diego Safari Park and 90 minutes to Disneyland.

Outlook West is just 7 minutes from Pacific Beach and 10 minutes from La Jolla beaches. The residence is less than a mile off Highway 5 and very centrally located. All San Diego attractions are less than 10 minutes away with Lego Land and the San Diego Safari Park being 45 minutes away. The downtown and convention center are 10 minutes away making this house perfect for convention visitors.

Getting around

Ride sharing is an easy option for anyone not driving into town and not wanting to rent a car. Public transportation such as buses are not convenient to the house.

Outlook West is 10 minutes from the San Diego International Airport and only 2 minutes East off of California Highway 5 at the Balboa Avenue exit. Renting a car or taking ride sharing is quick and easy from the airport or downtown train station.

Interaction with guest

The house has a keyless entry door lock and guests receive their own 4-digit code to enter. The property manager, Scott Chipman, lives just 10 minutes from the house if there were any emergency issues and he is available 24/7 to take phone calls and questions.
