This two-story, 1,000 square foot apartment could be your home away from home! Located street level, steps away from the Market St. trolley stop, the space couldn't be more convenient.

The Space---

The space is a homey two-story condo in the middle of East Village. The living room, kitchen, and half bathroom are downstairs and laundry, small patio, bedroom, and full bathroom are upstairs.

The condo has two entrances. The bottom floor opens to a stoop about 3 steps from the sidewalk and the upstairs opens to the interior of the building.

There is one Beautyrest queen size bed and two twin trifold mattresses that can be used upstairs or downstairs for extra guests.

If you're tech-savvy, you'll be happy know that the space is outfitted with a Nest thermostat, 3 Nest smoke & carbon monoxide detectors, and Apple TV.

The parking spot is designated and can be found underneath the building.

When you add up the city taxes, property manager fees, AirBnB fees, and cleaning fees, the amount that comes back to me is minimal. For me to make anything on the property, the price has to increase for short stays. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience.

Guest Access---

You will have access to everything, excluding the two locked closets. There is a community hot tub that you may use conveniently located on the same floor as the upper floor of the condo.

Area Information
The Neighborhood---

East Village is a great place to live because it's up-and-coming. Every time I take a walk, there's a new restaurant or building opening.

There's a coffee bar directly across the street at the new Italian restaurant. They have pre-made sandwiches, salads, and deserts until about 8pm (as well as a full sit-down menu).

Just east of the condo is the Market St. trolley stop. Public transit couldn't be more convenient.

If you need to get work done outside of the condo, the law school across the street welcomes visitors.

Getting around---

The trolley, bus, and DecoBikes are steps away. Pedi cabs are also always available, along with Uber and cabs of course.

Other Things to Note---

The beauty of living downtown is that everything you could possibly need is within a short walk. The downside is that it may be noisier than you're used to. Just keep that in mind when you book.
