3 bedroom 2½ bath condo in South Mission Beach. Steps to the beach or bay.
Very spacious (2000 sq ft) & open. Light and airy - lots of doors and windows to enjoy views & sea breezes. Living room opens to balcony-patio to enjoy nightly SeaWorld fireworks.
Well-appointed kitchen (walk-in pantry/microwave/double oven/gas cooktop/side-by-side refrigerator/dishwasher/granite counters) with everything you need. Gas barbeque on patio-deck.
Master suite with queen bed, large walk-in closet, spacious bath with dual sinks, tub and separate shower opens to balcony..
Living areas, kitchen, master suite, laundry room (full size washer & dryer) and 3 balconies are on 3rd floor.
2 other bedrooms (1 with queen bed, 1 with twin beds) share a bathroom with shower/tub on 2nd floor.
Tandem garage suitable for smaller cars. 1 block from south end of Mission & lots of public parking.

Area Information
Mission Beach is a great family vacation spot. You will find many shops, restaurants and attractions in an easy walk or bike ride.

A five-minute stroll down the boardwalk takes you to Mission Beach's historic Belmont Park with its Giant Dipper Roller Coaster and the Plunge, Southern California's largest indoor public swimming pool, and the new FlowRider, a simulated wave attraction. Sea World is a short drive.
You can also enjoy one of the world's most renowned attractions, the San Diego Zoo in beautiful Balboa Park. The Wild Animal Park in Escondido and Legoland in Carlsbad, are both about 30 minutes north of San Diego.

Other attractions are the Birch Aquarium in La Jolla, the San Diego Maritime Museum, the Presidio/Junipero Serra Museum, Hotel del Coronado and the Gaslamp Quarter in downtown San Diego. While you are there, take in a Padres game and visit the Harbor Village.

If shopping is your thing, you can choose from many great places: UTC in La Jolla, Horton Plaza downtown, Fashion Valley and Mission Valley Malls or the Premium Outlets in Carlsbad as well as many boutiques and small unique shops.

And of course be sure to just relax and enjoy the beautiful San Diego beach.
