Description of the San Francisco vacation condo rental
San Francisco provides the location, restaurants, shopping, transportation, parks, recreation, sports, culture and entertainment. We provide all the little things you need for a fantastic stay in the City.

Fully furnished and fitted out with everything you need for a comfortable stay. No need for a car. We are near several bus lines which will take you all over the City. Fully remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath flat has a gourmet kitchen with wine fridge and plenty of light in every room. Ensuite master bedroom with king bed has flat screen TV, separate tub and shower, walk in closet and access to the outdoor living room. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, flat screen TV and access to an outdoor terrace. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds. The guest bath has a tub and shower. There is a crib and high chair available. Washer and dryer are in the unit. We even supply the laundry soap to get you started.
The light filled living room and dining room are open to the kitchen. There is a fireplace for ambience, a 55 inch flat screen TV, a separate office space with desk, wireless internet access, Expanded cable TV and DVD player.
The fully fitted kitchen has a welcome offering of coffee and teas to get you started. Grocery stores are within walking distance as are many restaurants of nearly every ethnic type. Try Burma Superstar one of the most popular dining spots in the City. Our location is very walking friendly with a score of 97 out of 100!

Please, no shoes in the house and no smoking or drugs.

We are available by phone from 9am to 9pm for any questions or concerns. We are always available by email or text. We will only be on site if necessary as this home has a keyless entry with the personal code changed for each stay and no worry about losing the key or being locked out! This is a very safe neighborhood, but there is 24 hour monitoring for an added measure of security.

The Inner Richmond is walking friendly and safe. There are Italian, Greek, French, Indian, American Southern BBQ, Irish pubs, Russian, A microbrewery, Independent Coffee Houses, Eritrean, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Burmese and Japanese restaurants within walking distance or a short ride away.
The Inner Richmond is a family oriented neighborhood. Clement street is just one street over and it is known as the 'New Chinatown.'

There is no off street parking included. There is plenty of on street parking, you just need to watch for the street cleaning signs.

Buses take you all over the city from just at the corner. Bus #1, 2, and 5 are very convenient. Bus #38 stops at the corner of Arguello and Geary and is a 24 hour bus, so you can stay downtown until the wee hours and still get home without the cost of a cab.

Try Zipcar for a part or full day rental. They include the vehicle, gas and insurance and you only pay for what you need.
Or there is Uber and others like it that act as cabs and better service my guests tell me.
Ride a bike to Golden Gate Park or the Presidio. You will never want for something to do.

We have provided a welcome package of things necessary to get you started like coffee and teas and water in the refrigerator. There are also spices, oil and vinegar and basic condiments. We supply paper towels and napkins, soaps and shampoos to get you through the first week at least. The washer and dryer will have laundry soap and dryer sheets for several loads of wash. We have tried to think of all the little things you will need to make the most of your time in the City relaxing and enjoying yourselves. Please do not attempt to attach or add-on to our electrical or plumbing systems. You are welcome to bring your own computers, hairdryers, curling irons, and medical equipment you may need, but other items must have the owners approval.
There are 3 flat screen televisions, a 55 inch in the living room, a 42 inch in the master bedroom and a 42 inch in the queen bedroom.

The enclosed patio has lighting for use at night and seating for a glass of wine or a cup of coffee.

You will find a Welcome Book that will give you suggestions on things to do in the neighborhood and close by. We will try to update it with current arts and activities that you might enjoy as well as any coupons and information on Free things to do while you are in the City. There is also guide books on the city and menus from some of the closer restaurants you might want to try. We will also list our favorites and those restaurants that have earned a broader reputation. TAKE TIME TO READ IT. IT WILL ANSWER MANY QUESTIONS YOU WILL HAVE USING THE APPLIANCES, THE INTERNET AND CABLE TV, TAKING THE GARBAGE OUT AND WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU WHEN YOU ARE CHECKING OUT. Please take time to check it out. It has lots of suggestions and ideas.

Where will you go and what will you do?

Bus 33 is one block away and takes you to Ocean Beach or downtown and Union Square, the Haight and Castro. Bus 1 or 2 which is just 5 minutes walk takes you to Pacific Heights, Nob Hill, North Beach, Embarcadero,The Wharf and the Ferry Building. Bus 31 or 5 is a 10 minute walk and goes to BART and downtown. Bus 38 runs 24 hours a day and stops a block away going downtown or to Ocean Beach. The City encompasses just 49 square miles so it is very convenient to take it all in.


Nearby is Golden Gate Park for the De Young and its free and amazing view of the City, the Academy of Sciences and Aquarium, Tea Garden, Conservatory of Flowers, Stowe Lake and much more. Hire a bicycle by the Band Shell and enjoy the car free streets on Sundays. See the model boats sailed at Spreckles Lake or try your hand at Lawn bowling or horseshoes. Or see the Presidio with the Lucas Film campus and Disney Family Museum, one of the oldest National Cemeteries in the US, Fort Point and Crissy Field. Swim, play basketball, tennis or enjoy the children's playground at Rossi Park just one block away. Enjoy Clement Street's culturally diverse restaurants and markets. Known as New Chinatown, there is also a Sunday Farmer's Market. Lincoln Park has a beautiful par 68 golf course open to the public with some of the most beautiful views in the City. Surfing, sea lion watching, sunbathing and beach combing at Ocean Beach near the Cliff House and Land's End. At the other end of Ocean Beach is the Beach Chalet with it's brew pub and WPA Era frescoes and the only windmills in the City. In September there is free Opera In The Park.
