This handsome Edwardian in the sunniest neighborhood is entirely renovated. Just two blocks from lively Dolores Park, murals, and BART. Enjoy the award winning restaurants and local favorites. Your private, quiet haven in the vibrant mission.

The apartment is completely remodeled down to the studs in 2014 while retaining the classic Edwardian details. Radiant heat in the floors, new double-paned windows, hardwood floors, and gourmet appliances. The entire building has fire sprinklers and seismic upgrades have been implemented. The maximum number of guests is 6, rate is for 2 guests, $50 per night for each additional guest.

additional bed: livingroom sofa is an American Leather pullout queen plus (extra wide) gel mattress. New shades on the front windows.

We provide everything you should need, such as: towels, extra pillows, umbrellas, dishes, cutlery, bottle openers, shopping bags, ziplock bags, aluminum foil, and laundry detergent. Please let us know if you need anything.

No need for keys, we provide secure codes for the gate and door locks for each booking. One dropcam is installed just inside the glass entry door at the top of the steps to capture images of anyone entering through the gate at the sidewalk until they enter either of the two units.

Guests also have access to a laundry area and professionally landscaped backyard. The laundry and backyard are shared with the other apartment in the building.

House rules:
+For your security: keep the front gate closed and your front door locked.

+No fires/candles and no extra overnight guests (without advance arrangement). Quiet after 10pm (Thank you!)

+Please leave shoes in the entry area.

+Please turn the kitchen lights off at night (unless you are in the kitchen)

The food choices are amazing! Lots of restaurants for any budget and so many local markets, bakeries, coffee shops, butcher, etc. If shopping is your passion, there is plenty of that too. Anything from vintage furniture and clothing to creations manufactured in the Mission.

- steps from Valencia Street -- full of some of San Francisco's coolest shopping (Paxton Gate, Weston, Betabrand, Stuff), unique bars (The Elbo Room, Casanova, The Vestry, Blondies), and best restaurants (Bar Tartine, Locanda, Tacolicious, Al's Place, & too many more to list!)

- 1 block from Mission Street's fabulous taquerias and hip restaurants (Mission Chinese, Foreign Cinema, Lolinda)

- 2 blocks from Dolores park... beautiful spot to walk, exercise, play tennis or basketball, picnic, and people watch in the sun

- Great playgrounds and the pirate store (826 Valencia) for the kids!

The Muni bus stop is 2 doors down the street. The 16th Street Mission BART station is 2 blocks away. There are several car share/rental vehicles within 2 blocks that have dedicated parking spots (citycarshare, getaround, zipcar). There is a secure public garage on Hoff street near the BART station. Street parking is limited to 2 hours on weekdays 8am-9pm.

A: At SFO airport take the airtrain to BART. From the Mission 16th BART station exit heading past the ticket booths, head away from Mission St on 16th St, turn LEFT on Valencia, turn RIGHT on 18th. It is the second building past the barbershop on your RIGHT.
