Description of the San Jose Del Cabo vacation condo rental
Centrally located in the heart of San Jose's tourist district, you will be walking distance to everything a vacationer could desire! Situated in the mid-upper section of the Laguna Vista Condominiums, you will enjoy the convenience to pool, parking, and nearby restaurants. From the main floor covered patio deck you will be able to watch the sunrise over the mountains beyond the lush tropical vista of San Jose's famous estuary.

Fully remodeled in 2013, our condo features custom cabinetry and woodwork throughout, granite, marble, and travertine counters, designer paint and fixtures, and tastefully furnished with a Mexican flair. There is plenty of space with the main level including a dining, living, kitchen, full bath and bedroom, while the lower level is a complete spacious master suite with bedroom, sitting area and full bath with dual-sink vanity. Master suite also features full-length sliding-door windows to cactus garden views.

For your entertainment, we have provided large flat-screen TVs in the living room and master suite, including Blue-Ray, DVD, and HDMI capabilities. Cable TV, high-speed internet, and local cel phone all included! For your listening pleasure there is a stereo system with headphone input for your i-pod/MP3 player.

For those nights you prefer to dine-in, there is a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with eco-friendly cookware, cooktop, oven, microwave and even a dishwasher. We also have a new propane gas grill on the deck, perfect for sizzling up some fresh local fish, shrimp, and veggies from the Saturday market. Kitchen is also equipped with a high-capacity water purification system, so no need for the big blue water jugs anymore. The condo is also equipped with a full-size washer/dryer.

There is a very lovely community pool area with a shady palapa and lawns just a short walk down the paths from our condo. A great place to take a cool dip and relax in the sun!

Take a few more steps around the corner to a plaza with four restaurants, a health clinic and more. Continue a few minutes down the road to the estuary trail and then onto the sandy beach stretching from the new marina all the way to Zippers at costa azul. Walking the other direction leads to old town San Jose with many shops, restaurants, art galleries and historic church and plaza. The streets and sidewalks have been recently renovated to promote pedestrian tourism. Walking up over the hill leads to additional amenities such as full-service hospital, Blockbuster video, more restaurants and grocery stores. There is no real need for a car unless it is preferred for longer outings. Excellent swimming beaches can be reached by bus or a 5-10 minute car ride north or south of San Jose tourist area.
