Large summer home(4 bedrrom, 3 bath) weekly rental. Close to Doheny Beach, Dana Point Harbor and San Juan Capistrano. Have breakfast on the deck, or in the garden. Up stairs enjoy the deck off a master bedroom. The 18 X 18 gazebo covers a private spa for tired travelers. The sun room off the kitchen is perfect for informal dining. There is also a family room, formal dining room & living room. A gourmet kitchen and 3 refrigerators. The home has a private cortyard entry and 4 car garage. Seven minutes from the train station in San Juan for all points south and north takes the stress out of sightseeing. Bikes, Boards, Barbecue, 7 min to Dana Point Harbor and a speed boat shuttles people to Catalina and back. Sport fishing, Whale watching, Restaurants and shopping in Dana Point Harbor. There are three TV/DVD's, and large movie collection, as well as, wireless internet.

Maid service daily/weekly, or as arranged. Breakfast included. Vacation Basket on arrival. Ideal for family vacations.

Named for Giovanni da Capistrano, a 15th century theologian and "warrior priest" who resided in the Abruzzo region of Italy, San Juan Capistrano has the distinction of being home to the oldest building in California still in use, a chapel built in 1782; known alternately as "Serra's Chapel" and "Father Serra's Church," it is the only extant structure where it has been documented that the padre Junipero Serra celebrated mass. The mission is just 7 minutes from this property.
