Magical colonial villa--expansive yet cozy. Central, private, quiet, walking distance to everything. Large bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms, fireplaces, pool, landscaped courtyard, vast roof terrace with 360 degree views, covered outdoor areas, kitchenette, barbecue, full garage and laundry. Wi-fi throughout. Smart TVs, DVD players and portable wi-fi speakers. Vonage phone for international calls to US and Canada, Mexican phone for local calls. Property manager, two maids, gardener, pool maintenance. Breakfast included. Enclosed garage for a car or off road vehicle.

The pool is just large enough to cool off on hots days and small enough to heat in the winter for a few laps and some exercise. The large roof-top terrace offers 360 degree views of the area including nearby churches and the famous Parroquia. The weather year round is ideal in the 70s and 80s. There are several areas to relax and entertain.

Thick cantera stone walls, archways, bored ceilings and colonnades offer old-world charm and privacy with modern day conveniences ~ a true oasis in the midst of bustling San Miguel.

We provide organic sheets and towels, robes and slippers as well as a pleasant staff to
make you breakfast and clean your rooms. Ceilings fans on warm days and fireplaces in the winter months. We also have a water filtration system and on-demand hot water.
